Offered salary is dependent upon experience and New Jersey location. This is a hybrid role based in our Monroe Township office – Tues through Thursday in-office, with Monday and Friday remote. Kendo Total Rewards offerings also include an annual bonus and a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental and vision insurance, flex paid time off program, parental leave, employee discount/perks, a retirement plan with employer contributions, Summer Fridays, opportunity to work from anywhere for two weeks during the calendar year and December wellness/shutdown week for applicable positions.   The Kendo house of brands currently includes: Fenty Beauty, Fenty Skin, Fenty Eau de Parfum, Fenty Hair, Ole Henriksen, Lip Lab.   SUMMARY   Responsible for the management of freight forwarders, transportation carriers and distribution center partnerships and processes to provide optimal flexibility and velocity for all domestic and international channels.  This position drives successful execution of key supply chain flows and  initiatives through detailed business analysis and strong management methodologies.    RESPONSIBILITIES * Develop, own and manage processes to meet Kendo’s logistics and transportation needs - domestic and international * Design, generate and maintain data sets and metrics to measure success * Partner with DC operations and vendors to optimize and manage operating practices and ensure optimal service * Create, communicate and monitor allocation and delivery calendars to maintain effective inbound and outbound flows * Drive successful implementation of key initiatives including: Defining goals, scope, and timelines; determining implementation options; leading any needed vendor selection/RFP/onboarding processes; driving scope recommendations and prioritizations; partnering with internal teams to ensure successful delivery * Develop strong partnerships with multiple business leaders and teams, gain understanding of business processes, tools and technology and identify areas of optimization or changes which will provide measurable cost-savings or which are needed to support proposed growth   REQUIREMENTS * 3+ years experience in program/logistics/distribution/fulfillment management * Experience working with freight forwarders and outsourced logistics providers * General knowledge of US import and export shipment documentation requirements and processes * College degree or equivalent experience * Excellent technical skills – MS Office (specifically Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams) * Strong analytical skills; ability to identify data anomalies * System integration experience * Effective relationship-building skills, ability to cultivate strong partnerships across teams * Effective communication skills, both written and verbal with both domestic and global partners. * Exceptional organizational skills; detail-oriented * Strong time management skills; ability to juggle priorities * Can-do positive attitude and a roll-up-your-sleeves approach * Ability to work independently; self-starter with an eye for process improvement * Flexible mind-set; able to pivot and make sound decisions based on current environmental factors.

You run the monthly forecast process for these accounts, build the supporting analysis, and work with cross-functional partners to drive retailer in-stock performance. Success requires strong analytical skills, data-driven storytelling, and effective collaboration across Sales, Supply Chain, Brand, Demand Planning, and Finance.   Key Responsibilities Account Planning & Management * Build bottom-up retail and wholesale plans by account, category, and SKU, and support the channel's top-down plan. * Partner with Sales and Brand to translate assortment direction into SKU-level plans. * Maintain account-level OTB and flag risks and opportunities to the planning lead. * Monitor weekly sell-out and stock-outs and coordinate corrective actions with account merchants. Forecasting * Prepare and maintain monthly forecasts, identifying risks and opportunities and recommending actions to chase demand or mitigate risk. * Contribute to forecast consensus with Demand Planning and flag exceptional demand. * Partner with Sales and Finance on promo, markdown, and RTV forecasts. Cross-functional Collaboration * Track new product launch POs with Supply Chain and escalate delivery risks. * Provide account-level inputs into monthly and annual sales budgets. * Support Sales and Brand on account and channel strategies. Analytics * Use advanced Excel and enterprise planning tools (Anaplan) to build reporting and analysis. * Improve forecast accuracy, data quality, and scenario modeling. * Share best practices with the merchandise planning team. REQUIREMENTS * 5+years of merchandise planning or wholesale planning experience. * BA/BS in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Economics, or a related quantitative field. * Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, Power Query, advanced functions); experience with an enterprise planning platform, Anaplan a plus. * Analytical problem-solving, scenario modeling, and data storytelling. * Negotiation and influencing skills with internal partners and account contacts. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment and manage multiple priorities against tight deadlines. * Clear written and verbal communication, strong organizational discipline, high attention to detail, and a growth mindset oriented toward process improvement.
