Design, develop, and deploy agentic AI applications for financial services, guiding customers through technical requirements and deployment. | At least 3 years in solution architecture and AI integration, with knowledge of financial industry regulations, AWS/Azure, and some programming in Java or Python. | Kasisto is seeking a creative and resourceful Solution Architect to work with customers on the design, development, and deployment of agentic applications for financial services. This hands-on role will include integration with enterprise systems, knowledge sources, communication channels, and analytics tools as part of the end-to-end solution. We will consider only candidates who can work full time in our New York City office or fully remote in the US Eastern or Central time zones. Key Responsibilities Act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers on implementation options and deployment activities. Lead the discovery process with customers to capture their technical requirements and business objectives. Drive consensus with the customer on the proposed approach and timeframe. Identify and craft requirements for capabilities that need to be created as part of the recommended solution. Participate in project-specific development activities, either as the primary developer or contributing to a team effort. Assist with validation of the complete solution in development, staging, and production environments. Monitor and optimize deployments in response to evolving business needs. Create and maintain the documentation archive specific to each implementation. Required Skills At least 3 years of hands-on experience in solution architecture and integration, preferably in the financial services industry. Experience implementing solutions incorporating AI, ideally agentic AI in a production environment. Working knowledge of the regulatory, security, and governance needs of financial institutions. Strong ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders from the trenches to the C-suite. Proficiency with AWS and Azure environments. Capable of building production-ready scripts or code for data manipulation and API integration, either directly or using AI tools. General knowledge of Java or Python sufficient for building, enhancing, and debugging proprietary tools. Comfortable with solving problems in a complex and ambiguous context. Willingness to “wear many hats” and “roll up your sleeves” as is common in a fast-paced, nimble company such as ours. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Desired Skills Experience with banking platforms such as Candescent, Q2, FIS, and Jack Henry. Familiarity with voice systems and modern telephony. Understanding of contact center architecture and operations. Conversational Spanish fluency, ideally as a native speaker. About the Role We're looking for a Senior Integration Architect to lead solution design and integration architecture for client implementations of our AI platform. This is a customer-facing role where you'll guide enterprise clients through technical discovery, integration strategy, and conversational AI solutioning.
