We are seeking a Customer Success Representative to join our growing Kandu Health team. In this role, you’ll help us promote and sell our cutting-edge IpsiHand device. We’re building a best-in-class experience and are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about selling an amazing and life changing product. In this role you will be assisting both the sales and clinical teams work with active leads and help support current users through their journey with the IpsiHand. Additionally, this role is a work-from-home and remote position. What You’ll Do Support our customers at each stage of the process from obtaining the device to active use through proactive outreach and responding to inbound requests Own the scheduling and coordination of customer events including initial EEG testing, delivery and training, as well as any returns or repairs Manage inbound sales and support requests via live chat, inbound phone calls, texts, and emails Partner with potential customers to gather necessary insurance information, educate them on the insurance process, and assist them in the submission to their provider Be the first point of contact for prospective and active users of the IpsiHand You’ll be on the front line and empowered to help our team learn to think in new ways about the customer experience and journey Track customer progress through each stage of the funnel Partner with the sales team to help develop new processes in a startup environment that help drive efficiency and productivity What You’ll Bring Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field 1-2 years of sales or customer service experience or equivalent, Sales focused and customer-centric: passionate about helping customers achieve outcomes and driving revenue for the business Self-motivated, driven to succeed, and competitive Strong verbal and written communication skills Fast learner, team player, with the ability to adapt to change quickly Experience with rehabilitation and stroke a plus Experience working in sales retention and troubleshooting Preferred experience working in salesforce or similar customer relationship management (CRM) system What We Offer Competitive Compensation ($20-$30/Hour) Insurance (Medical/Dental/Vision) 401(k) with company PTO & Holidays Life Insurance, LTD and STD Please note that the salary information is a general guidance only. This position provides evaluation visits to stroke survivors to assess patients for appropriateness of rehabilitation devices and principal illness navigation services. Responsibilities include performing telemedicine visits, determining patient eligibility for services, and preparing documentation. | Candidates must be fully fluent in Spanish and have multiple active state licenses, preferably in Texas, California, or Illinois. This position provides evaluation visits to stroke survivors to assess patients for appropriateness of rehabilitation devices and principal illness navigation services. What You’ll Do Perform telemedicine visits to review stroke survivor qualifications for advanced rehabilitation technology and write device prescriptions, when appropriate. Determine whether a patient is appropriate for Principal Illness Navigation (PIN) services including determination of: Whether the survivor has a high-risk condition expected to last at least 3 months that places the patient at significant risk of hospitalization, acute exacerbation, or functional decline Whether this condition requires the development, monitoring and/or revision of a disease-specific care plan with frequent adjustments to the treatment regimen Have availability for at least 5 and up to 10 visits per week. Prepare for visits by reading available chart notes and completing timely documentation. Refer patients internally to PIN as well as other supportive services including behavioral health, dietician and externally to services such as PT, OT, SLP, etc. Evaluate stroke survivors for medical device eligibility by assessing medical history, functional status, and recovery goals in alignment with device qualification criteria. Use and adapt to multiple technological platforms. Team players who are adaptive to change in a rapidly growing and iterating organization backed by a supportive team and culture. What You’ll Bring Experience working with stroke survivors a plus Must be a fully fluent Spanish Speaker Multiple active state licenses, with a preference for one of those licenses in Texas, California, or Illinois. 3+ years experience in a neurology or physical medicine setting, preferred Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Strong ability to multitask and manage time effectively Self-motivated, organized, strong attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines required Ability to work cross-functionally with a customer-driven focus and sense of urgency Ability to work independently and to prioritize activities and workload Preferred Qualifications: Patient-centered clinicians who are excited to spend the majority of their working time delivering clinical care via video visits. Passionate about and experienced in serving stroke survivors and older adults through evidence-based medicine. Efficient, clear, and concise at communicating with patients and other team members. Excited to work on a multidisciplinary team with physicians, other APPs, registered dietitians, clinical navigators and rehabilitation professionals Technically adept and willing to learn and work in multiple new technology platforms.
