Compensation$80K - 160K a year

Manage financial transactions, generate daily reports, optimize financial processes, analyze data for insights, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. | Bachelor's in Finance or related field, 3+ years in financial exchange or payment processing, strong analytical skills, knowledge of financial regulations, proficiency in financial tools, and excellent communication. | What We're Up To Kalshi has defined a new category: prediction markets. Kalshi allows people to trade on the outcome of any events and turn any question about the future into a financial asset. Kalshi fought for years and legalized prediction markets in the US for the first time in history. Kalshi is currently the fastest growing financial market in America, and has over 1,900 markets across politics, economics, financials, weather, tech, AI, culture and more. We believe prediction markets have the potential to be the largest financial market because they turn anything into a financial position. • Our vision: well… build the largest financial market on the planet. • Our mission: bring more truth to the world through the power of markets. Building a new category is hard… like, really hard. But it’s beautiful and deeply fulfilling. Our culture is simple: we hire really talented people, work really hard, and enjoy the climb. We are looking for ambitious and exceptional people to join our (relatively small) team to help us build the next generation of financial markets. What Is Kalshi Kalshi is the first and only federally regulated exchange where people can trade on any event. Think like the NYSE, but instead of trading stocks, you trade on the events you know and care about. After three years of regulatory struggle, Kalshi's historic regulatory approval from the CFTC has allowed it to launch a new asset class: event contracts. Event contracts, the fastest-growing asset class today, are elegant financial instruments structured as simple yes/no questions about the future. In 2024, Kalshi Klear was approved as a Derivatives Clearing Organization (DCO) and now manages all clearing activity for its exchange members. We are looking for passionate and outlier members excited to embark on this voyage toward building the financial system's next inflection point. Role Roadmap In the Financial Operations role, you will be an early member of Kalshi's Finance team. We cater to retail customers, market makers and hedge funds, and institutional traders. The Financial Operations team is responsible for ensuring the money flowing in and out of the Exchange, the Clearing Org and its connected systems is all accounted for. We're scaling, which means your role will evolve and grow with the company; your initial responsibilities will include: Responsibilities: You will play a pivotal role in managing the flow of funds within our organization. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Transaction Monitoring: Oversee a high volume of financial transactions, tracking money inflows and outflows from various sources. • Daily Snapshot: Generate daily reports to provide a snapshot of financial activity, ensuring accuracy and operational efficiency. • Operational Excellence: Continuously monitor and optimize financial processes to guarantee smooth operations and adherence to financial regulations. • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement. Provide valuable insights to support decision-making. • Financial Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and industry standards. Stay updated on changes in financial regulations that may impact our operations. • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align financial goals and achieve operational excellence. Qualifications: To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills: • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus. • Ideally 3+ years of experience post grad. • Proven experience in a financial exchange, clearing organization or payment processing company with a high transaction volume. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data. • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards. Those specific to financial exchanges, clearing organizations and FCMs are a plus. • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. • Proficiency in financial software and tools. NetSuite experience is a plus. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Entrepreneurial spirit paired with a team mindset. Similar Roles: This role is similar to positions in treasury, financial operations, and financial controllers. Professionals with experience in these areas are encouraged to apply. Our Culture Meritocracy is at our core, and we value people who take ownership and figure (usually hard) things out. We dream big. We love our craft deeply and are proud of what we put out in the world. We are committed to our vision of building something big… but also useful: a product that brings more truth through the power of markets. Kalshians are Kalshi’s most important asset: we pick Kalshians carefully, so we trust them fully on day 1. NYC Pay Transparency Disclosure: Salary Range: $80,000 to $160,000 annually plus equity and benefits. This salary range is based on the current available market data, and represents the expected salary range for this role. Kalshi has minimal hierarchy and few titles, but has broad ranges of experience represented within roles. Should you have compensation expectations that exceed these bands, we'd love to hear from you and would welcome you to reach out to further discuss. Commitment to Equal Opportunity Kalshi is committed to creating a culture of inclusion and belonging, and we are proud to be an equal opportunity employer. We believe it is our collective responsibility to uphold these values and encourage candidates from all backgrounds to join us in our mission. All qualified applicants will be treated with respect and receive equal consideration for employment without regard to race, color, creed, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, uniform service, veteran status, age, or any other protected characteristic per federal, state, or local law. If you are passionate about what you do and want to use your talents to support our mission and values, we’d love to hear from you.

We are looking for ambitious and exceptional people to join our (relatively small) team to help us build the next generation of financial markets. About the Role We’re looking for a data-driven, experiment-obsessed operator to own our app engagement and monetization funnel. Your mission: turn installs into active depositors, win back churned users, and systematically increase the LTV of our app audience. You’ll be the architect of high-impact in-app campaigns—push, in-app messaging, offers, and lifecycle flows—while working cross-functionally with product, marketing, and data teams to identify friction points and eliminate them. What You’ll Do Own the in-app activation funnel: Design and optimize campaigns to drive first deposit, repeat deposits, and higher transaction values. Lifecycle strategy: Build tailored messaging sequences (push, in-app, email) for onboarding, re-engagement, and win-back, using behavioral and transactional triggers. Segmentation & personalization: Define audience cohorts based on churn risk, activity patterns, and product usage to deliver relevant, high-impact messages. Experimentation: Run structured A/B and multivariate tests on creative, timing, and offers to continuously improve conversion rates. Churn diagnostics: Partner with data to identify top drivers of churn and drop-off in the user journey; design interventions to reverse them. Offer & promotion design: Collaborate with product and compliance to structure incentives that drive deposits without eroding margins. Measurement: Build dashboards and reporting to track campaign impact on deposits, ARPU, retention, and LTV.
