Serve as liaison between clients and technical teams to gather requirements, develop Elite 3E reports and configurations, support project planning, testing, training, and system support. | 5-8 years business analysis experience with 3+ years Elite 3E hands-on, proficiency in SQL, law firm finance knowledge, Agile experience, and strong client and project management skills. | Job Description: • Serve as a primary liaison between client stakeholders, technical teams, and project leadership. • Gather, validate, and document business and functional requirements across billing, finance, operations, and reporting. • Develop, enhance, and maintain Elite 3E reports, dashboards, workflows, and functional configurations. • Translate business needs into clear functional requirements, user stories, and process documentation. • Support project planning activities, including scope definition, timelines, and deliverables. • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), regression testing, and change impact assessments. • Create and deliver end-user training, release notes, and reference documentation. • Provide ongoing system support and troubleshooting in collaboration with finance, operations, IT, and vendor teams. • Participate in Agile ceremonies and follow established project management methodologies. Requirements: • 5–8 years of experience in Business Analysis or related roles. • 3+ years of hands-on Elite 3E experience, including reporting and functional configuration. • Proficiency in SQL for data validation, analytics, and troubleshooting. • Strong understanding of law firm finance processes (billing, AR/AP, general ledger, timekeeping). • Proven experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, documentation, and testing. • Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to present findings and recommendations. • Ability to manage multiple priorities within a consulting or project-based environment. • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities. • Experience working cross-functionally with finance, operations, IT, and external vendors. • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Confluence or Azure DevOps (ADO). • Experience with Salesforce (reports, objects, workflows, integrations). • Prior consulting experience preferred. • Exposure to system migrations, data conversions, or major ERP upgrades. • This role requires authorization to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship.
