ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Direct Consumer Engagement: Design, develop and deliver insight led integrated brand and consumer experiences in offline channels that drive acquisition, engagement, and loyalty amongst adult smokers and vapers. Leverage consumer insights to develop experiential marketing programs to directly engage with adult smokers and vapers. Programs should generate brand awareness and deliver product education, with tools to support their transition. Deliver and optimize engagement programs to improve conversion rates of adult smokers and vapors as they transition to JUUL. Negotiate agreements with and manage Consumer Engagement agencies to execute in-market engagement programs. Lead a team of professionals to develop and oversee in-market engagement programs to be executed by contracted agencies. Collaborate with cross functional partners to develop communication messages to aid transition and conversion amongst various adult smokers and vapers. Deliver programs on strategy, on time, and on budget. Work closely with US Commercial leadership in shaping offline engagement strategies, route to market, and business expansion plans to support future product portfolio expansions.
