ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The Director, Global Demand Planning & Forecasting is responsible for building and leading Juul Labs’ enterprise-wide demand planning capability—ensuring the organization has accurate, data-driven forecasts that integrate commercial strategy, market intelligence, and operational constraints. Must live close to major airport in the Western US - California, Colorado, Oregon, Arizona, Texas ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: You will work directly for the Senior Director of Strategic Accounts-West as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams. This is an exciting opportunity to develop and implement business strategies that align with retail chains located in the Midwest and Western portion of the US. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Directly manage the day to day retail relationship, promotional sell in, special projects, contract negotiation and distribution channel relationship in key account workload. • Work across internal departments to resolve any and all customer issues. • Collaborate with the Trade Marketing and Category Leadership team to develop custom Chain Retail Programming to drive rate of sale and incremental product placement within these retail chains. • Develop and deliver successful retail programming partnerships that maximize ROI sales budget management in mind. • Effectively communicate with internal departments & retail customers to develop & execute sales strategies. • Work with internal departments to renew Retail Partner contracts. • Routine management of sales execution and compliance of agreements/contracts with retail chain accounts. • Previous experience working remotely and ability to travel 60%+. PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field. • Key Account Sales experience, preferably in the consumer products industry. • Proven sales leadership ability with advanced business development skills. • Excellent verbal/written communication skills. In addition to Region VP and Directors, communication to internal and external sales teams is critical to success in this role. • Analytical working knowledge using IRI and Nielsen to provide retail customers with fact-based category insights to elevate sales leadership position. • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Highly self-motivated, results oriented, and ability to drive category leadership sales execution. • Strong internal and external customer orientation with the ability to succeed in a team environment. • Highly adaptable and inherently motivated to develop a portfolio growth strategy within the industry. • Proven track record of successful management in c-store channel with multi state operating retailers.
