The Role We’re looking for a Product Manager to own Jump’s martech stack, the backbone of our marketing operations and analytics. This role blends strategic ownership, hands-on execution, and operational leadership. You’ll collaborate with internal teams including engineering, design, and go-to-market, as well as work directly with clients to deliver enterprise-grade tools for attribution, audience management, sponsorship tracking, analytics instrumentation, and agency coordination. As part of our commitment to AI-enabled products, you’ll explore innovative ways to enhance marketing operations, improve campaign measurement, and drive smarter, more personalized experiences for customers and fans. What you’ll do: Own the martech domain, serving as the primary product owner and point of contact for attribution, audience management, analytics instrumentation, sponsorship tracking, and agency management tools. Own development of fan-facing web and app features related to ticketing and content. Support day-to-day operations, including client escalations, feature requests, and prioritization of enterprise needs. Lead core product processes: backlog grooming, sprint readiness, story writing, acceptance criteria, and workflow optimization. Partner with engineering, design, and customer success to refine requirements, remove blockers, and ensure smooth delivery. Collaborate with the broader product team on roadmap alignment and prioritization across multiple stakeholders and projects. Own third-party API integrations end-to-end, ensuring robust, scalable solutions. Partner with AI experts and engineers to identify, scope, and test AI-powered opportunities that improve marketing performance and customer experiences. Define success metrics, gather feedback, and iterate on AI-driven features. What you’ll bring: 3+ years of experience in product management or related field. Experience with ecommerce and/or B2B2C models, and managing complex roadmaps across multiple stakeholders. Fluency with AI tools, with a curiosity for experimentation and solving thorny problems. Experience owning client relationships or interfacing autonomously with external stakeholders. Martech expertise: integration and/or ownership of one or more platforms (CRM, marketing automation, CDPs, analytics tools). Understanding of cross-channel attribution challenges and exposure to A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and cohort analysis. Knowledge of customer retention strategies, churn analytics, and lifecycle campaigns, including segmentation and personalization. Nice to have (but not required): Experience with attribution models (multi-touch, first/last-touch, MMM) and advanced marketing analytics. Experience in mobile app product management Prior success in high-growth startups or fast-paced enterprise environments. The Role We’re ushering in a new era of ticketing and fan experience - and that transformation starts with strong, scalable backend systems. As a Backend Engineer on our Core Services team, you’ll play a key role in building and supporting the technical foundation that powers it all. Core Services is responsible for critical systems like availability, reservations, payments, and others. These services support both our fan-facing B2C experiences and the B2B tools used by sports teams. Reliability, performance, and thoughtful design are essential to everything we do. In this role, you’ll contribute to the design and development of backend systems that are scalable, secure, and reliable. You’ll collaborate closely with senior and staff engineers, product managers, and other teams to bring new features to life, support strategic initiatives, and help ensure our systems are built to last.
