Job Description: • Assisting in new hire orientation, paperwork and on-boarding • Become familiar with our compensation and benefits plans and assist our employees to understand them • Coordinate with JRT's apprentices to keep them in compliance with scholastic requirements • Post job openings and assist in the recruitment of new employees • Visit job site locations and interact with field staff • General administrative tasks as they apply to Human Resources Qualifications: • Previous employee on-boarding experience • Basic Office Skills (Excel, Google Sheets, Word) • Exposure to HR related Functions (desirable) If you have a stable job history and are interested in working within a Human Resource Department and share our values, we would like to talk to you about starting a long-term career with JRT Mechanical.
