Experience Required Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in electronic data processing systems study, design, and programming. At least four (4) years of that experience must have been in a lead capacity. Experience Preferred 1) 4 years of experience in the past 7 years writing complex SQL queries, optimizing database performance, and ensuring data integrity across various database management systems, including Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server, and Azure SQL. 2) 3 years of experience in the past 4 years working with advanced skills in Oracle PL/SQL or similar procedural languages, adept at developing efficient stored procedures, triggers, and functions for seamless database operations. 3) 3 years of experience in the past 4 years working with designing and optimizing database schemas, ensuring scalability, data normalization, and efficient indexing for high-performance transactional systems. 4) 3 years of experience in the past 4 years working with developing intricate reports and visualizations using tools such as Cognos, Power BI, or Crystal Reports, transforming raw data into meaningful insights for diverse stakeholders. 5) 3 years of experience in the past 4 years working with Implementing robust ETL processes, integrating data from diverse sources into data warehouses flawlessly, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data for analytical purposes. Education Required Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related or Engineering field. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis. Lead and manage end-to-end system separation and integration projects across marketing, commercial, and order-to-cash systems ensuring readiness and alignment among stakeholders. | 7+ years in IT project management or business analysis with experience in CRM, marketing automation, CMS, ERP integrations, Agile SDLC, technical documentation, and preferably AWS and PMP certification. | Responsibilities and Impact: • We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Project Manager / Business Analyst to lead separation and integration initiatives across our marketing, commercial, and order-to-cash systems. This role will be central to ensuring our spin-off is Day 1 ready, with seamless lead-to-order and order-to-cash workflows. The ideal candidate has experience managing large-scale system migrations or carve-outs, translating business needs into technical requirements, and coordinating delivery across internal teams and external vendors. Key Responsibilities: • Manage end-to-end project lifecycle across marketing automation, CRM, CMS, and finance systems (Marketo, Salesforce, AEM, ERP), including planning, requirements gathering, execution, testing, and delivery. • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, IT Teams, and external vendors to ensure alignment on SpinCo readiness goals. Analyze lead-to-order and order-to-cash process, identify risks and design technology-enabled solutions. Develop and maintain detailed project documentation including requirements, user stories, process flows, and technical specifications. • Coordinate project schedules, resources, vendors, budgets, and risks. • Monitor project progress and provide clear, regular updates to leadership. • Ensure delivered solutions meet business, technical, compliance, and regulatory requirements. • Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). • 7+ years of experience in project management and/or business analysis within IT, marketing, or commercial systems. • Demonstrated experience with CRM/marketing automation, CMS/DXP, AEM, and ERP integrations • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and IT project management practices. • Experience writing requirements, user stories, and technical documentation. • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. • AWS cloud experience (architectural knowledge, migration, or service integration) strongly preferred. • Project Management certification (PMP, CSM, or similar) is a plus.
