You will focus primarily on JPMorgan Access and partner closely with product leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize investments and track results. You’ll work across diverse initiatives, bringing structure, transparency, and momentum to key decisions. You’ll also coach and coordinate support from junior team members as needed to deliver high-quality outcomes. Job responsibilities • Drive strategy and investment initiatives with product leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to enhance product competitiveness • Develop executive-ready materials that communicate performance, competitive positioning, and market opportunities • Build and deliver reporting and forecasts that provide actionable insights and highlight drivers of results • Support decision-making by framing options, aligning stakeholders, and helping manage execution plans • Partner with business and functional teams to define milestones, track progress, and remove blockers • Lead and coach analysts/associates on discrete workstreams, ensuring quality and timely delivery • Contribute to broader business management initiatives across the Payments organization, as needed Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills • Bachelor’s degree (e.g., Finance, Accounting, Analytics, Economics, or related field) or equivalent experience • 10+ years of relevant experience in strategy, corporate development, strategic finance, or similar roles • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to structure ambiguous problems and recommend practical actions • Advanced financial modeling and quantitative skills; ability to synthesize large and varied datasets into clear conclusions • Proven ability to influence and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level storytelling and presentation development • Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills with strong attention to detail Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills • MBA or equivalent graduate degree • Experience supporting digital product organizations and/or platform strategy • Background in payments, cash management, treasury services, or transaction banking • Experience building operating rhythms (OKRs/KPIs, business reviews, executive dashboards) for senior leadership audiences
