Assist in building market intelligence reports and dashboards to support GTM decision-making. Collaborate with communications and PR teams to support earned media efforts, including contributing to briefings, asset creation, and event support. Coordinate cross-functional projects with product, legal, and sales teams to align marketing execution with regulatory, commercial, and product priorities. Manage day-to-day campaign execution across paid, owned, and earned channels focused on institutional engagement. Become a trusted partner to Chainlink Labs customers by helping plan and execute co-marketing campaigns that highlight shared success and innovation. Help plan and execute customer-facing roundtables and networking events, driving high-value engagement across strategic partners and prospects. Track KPIs and performance metrics for marketing efforts and prepare regular reports for internal stakeholders. Qualifications: Required: Bachelors Degree with at least 6 years of experience in B2B marketing in fintech, financial services, or capital markets, experience with blockchain and digital assets in capital markets a plus Experience developing or supporting content and campaigns targeting banks, asset managers, or financial institutions Strong written and verbal communication skills tailored for institutional audiences Comfort working in a fast-paced and evolving startup environment Experience working with cross-functional teams across marketing, communications, events, sales and product Financial industry/product knowledge and understanding Preferred: Exposure to capital markets public relations and communications programs, or financial services press outreach in support of communications and marketing programs. Job Summary: Hyatt is seeking a Marketing + Community Manager for Hotel Magdalena, responsible for leading marketing efforts and maintaining the brand's reputation. The role involves coordinating marketing activities, managing content calendars, and collaborating with various teams to enhance customer experience and uphold brand standards. Responsibilities: Lead monthly marketing meetings with hotel, restaurant, and bar team to ensure their needs are met, on brand and within budget for all collateral, event, digital, PR, photography, room promotions and more. Develop and manage a content/social media calendar for three accounts (Hotel Magdalena, Summer on Music Lane + Equipment Room), receiving approvals from the corporate team. Assist in producing larger scale internal photo shoots (creating shot lists, coordinating with property team to ensure all props, glassware, etc. is in house, working on set to make sure photography looks on brand for the hotel/F+B outlets) Manage logistics for external photoshoot/video requests that are approved by the corporate team. Work with Bunkhouse art team on project managing collateral needs (operational, event, menu updates, etc.) Organize, manage, and develop marketing and programming calendar for the full year. Work with external Digital Marketing team to ensure creativity is refreshed and copy is on brand as well as maintaining our internal digital audit. Manage vanity website updates. Submit email blast features for Bunkhouse newsletters. Work in tandem with the sales team to ensure they have the collateral needed. Assist in PR needs, including press stays, coordinating room drops, gathering press quotes and more. Get creative when it comes to event ideas, partnerships and programming efforts and support hotel operations during need periods. Manage monthly and annual budgets, including regular check-ins to track performance and identify variances. Qualifications: Required: 3+ years in non-traditional marketing, social media, events, or related field. Ability to adapt schedule based on event needs.
