Key Responsibilities: • Lead production, warehouse, and inventory teams with focus on safety, efficiency, and improvement • Drive plant performance, meeting production, cost, and maintenance goals • Manage inventory, shipping/receiving, and supply ordering • Ensure compliance with SQF, GMP, OSHA, and audits • Represent the company with customers, suppliers, and regulators Candidates Must Have: • Bachelor’s degree • At least 5 years in plant, warehouse, or operations leadership. • Strong budget, production, and cost management skills • Proven leadership and communication abilities • Experience in regulated manufacturing environments
