Complete required training and support financial reconciliation during project closeouts, including final lien waiver processing and commitment adjustments. Overview: The Senior Archibus Developer will be responsible for actively engaging in consulting practices, research, and development of leading solutions for our internal and external customers, with a primary focus on designing, developing, and customizing the Archibus IWMS platform. Develop both strategic sourcing and supplier relationship management programs to manage client and account risk, leverage controllable spend, standardize products/services, and modify and rationalize supplier base to meet spend leverage goals. Build and manage staff to meet account deliverables. Recruit, develop and lead team based on JLL principles for leading high performing teams. Ensure high performing talent is developed and receives exposure to the extent to support growth. Poor performing talent is provided opportunity to improve. Manage appropriately if poor performance continues. Ensure SCMP staff perform key SCMP functions as follows but not limited to: Develop sourcing strategies and manage analytics to facilitate planning and sourcing. Document disparate processes and approaches used today; recommend solutions to drive consistency and risk mitigation. Assess and build detailed sourcing strategies that identify objectives, category-spend assessments, and milestone timelines. Execute sourcing plan. Overview The Strategic Sourcing Specialist drives innovation and operational excellence within JLL's Category Management Center of Excellence. This role combines hands-on procurement expertise with technology enablement to translate category management strategies into scalable, technology-driven solutions. Retail Marketing Manager Job Summary The Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the center’s marketing plan in support of the property’s strategic goals.
