Qualifications Position Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent. • 2+ years related experience required (last-mile delivery, transportation, warehousing, logistics, etc.). • Strong supervisory and leadership skills, with the ability to select, train, and motivate a team of hourly personnel. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with diverse audiences and key stakeholders at all levels of the organization. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and delegate when appropriate. Stress management skills and the ability to produce high-quality work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. • Proficient with Google Drive, Slack, and related operations software. • OSHA Forklift Operator certification is a strong plus.
