Lead and manage engineering teams to support infrastructure and SaaS platform development while driving technical and process improvements. | Experience building and leading engineering teams, strong communication skills, technical leadership, and a passion for continuous learning and team culture. | Jellyfish is maturing, and after a year of record growth, we’re expanding our Engineering team! We’re looking for an Engineering Manager who is passionate about making an impact and playing a role in helping us scale. Our Engineering Managers are leaders who support engineers across delivery teams and embed with a single delivery team to help them move from forming to performing and achieve their full potential. Let's talk about what you'll do: Lead an engineering team responsible for supporting our development, staging, and production infrastructure and expanding its capabilities. Support other teams with observability, technical enablement, and incident support. Directly manage engineers on your team and may matrix-manage other engineers in the organization as needed. Partner with other EMs, team leads, and product managers to identify the highest impact opportunities and align your team's efforts to overall company strategy Provide a voice in technical decision making through architecture, design, code review, etc. Drive continuous improvement in your team’s process, delivery, and quality Work with other engineering leaders Actively promote a culture supportive of growth and inclusion Let’s talk about what you need to excel: Strong interest or experience building and leading teams developing SaaS platforms, including shaping team structures and ways of working Ability to communicate clearly and effectively to technical and non-technical audiences, at all levels from peer collaborators to an executive audience or customers. Build and manage a strategic B2B sales pipeline targeting technical executives, conduct product demos, manage complex deal cycles, and maintain customer relationships for expansion and renewals. | Requires 10+ years Enterprise B2B sales experience, proven quota attainment, ability to sell to CTO/VPE personas, and strong collaboration and communication skills. | The sales team at Jellyfish is maturing, and after a year of record growth, we are looking for experienced Strategic AEs to join our team. We are looking for high performing individuals with a strong track record in Strategic Enterprise B2B sales. If you are consistently over-achieving your sales goals and also care deeply about winning as a team, this is for you! Let's talk about what you'll do: Responsible for strategically building/sourcing your own B2B pipeline by outbound targeting CTOs, VPs of Engineering, etc. Engage in both technical and business oriented conversations with Enterprise Customers. Manage a complex/technical deal cycle by performing product demonstrations that highlight the value of Jellyfish, managing POC and onboarding processes, assembling business case studies and executive read-outs, etc. Provide analytics/insights through regular reporting, updates, and forecasts. Partner closely with Sales Engineering/Customer Success teams to manage both pre-sales and post-sales motion.
