Support and develop supplier management initiatives, foster stakeholder relationships, and improve processes and tools related to supplier risk and performance management. | Requires 10+ years in sourcing, supplier management, or supply chain, with experience in project management, data work, and procurement systems. | Our tech client is looking for a Project Manager to facilitate and support supplier management initiatives. This individual will work collaboratively with key stakeholders in Internal Audit, Legal, Finance, Enterprise Products, numerous business unit supplier management teams, and Sourcing & Procurement Operations to develop and implement supplier management projects. This includes helping to drive the processes, tools, reporting, policies and metrics throughout the supplier lifecycle. They will contribute to building and managing robust policies/processes, technology/tools, training, governance, and excellent customer service. Responsibilities: Build and foster cross-functional relationships. Proactively engage stakeholders to drive adoption of Supplier Management projects. Develop a deep understanding of operational constraints/barriers to gaining adoption. Demonstrate operational understanding of assigned process area(s). Constantly problem-solve, innovate, improve, and optimize supplier risk and performance management. Support cross-functional initiatives by conducting research and analysis, identifying the root cause of important problems within scope and developing practical, well-justified, and resource-optimized solutions to enhance tooling/infrastructure, processes, workflows and strengthen supplier risk and performance product offerings. Actively identify and develop opportunities for broader wide cross-functional engagement and support continuous improvement in systems, processes, and/or controls. Work collaboratively with stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements. Develop and deliver compelling communications and training to educate, influence and inform stakeholders across the company about supplier management projects, processes and tools, data insights, and improvement opportunities. B.A. or B.S. degree in business, supply chain, procurement, finance or related discipline 10+ years of experience in Sourcing, Supplier Management, Supply Chain or Third-Party Risk Management Experience balancing multiple initiatives at once Process/project management or consulting experience Experience in evaluating, developing and implementing supplier risk and performance management solutions Procurement systems/processes/tools experience Experience driving change and improving end-to-end processes Must-Have Skills: 10+ years of experience in project management Ability to work with data Knowledge of sourcing or supplier side of the wheelhouse Nice-to-Have Skills: In depth knowledge of supplier management Leadership comms during project execution Compensation Range: $55-$58/hr DOE ** This pay range is Client-specific for the opening advertised. Specifically, the HR Risk & Privacy Program Manager will be responsible for ensuring end-to-end assessment of employment and privacy and AI risk in new and novel use cases impacting People Data.
