Job Summary: The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the coordination and execution of marketing initiatives that drive sales and enhance brand visibility in retail locations. This role involves working closely with field teams, vendors, and internal departments to support promotional campaigns, manage inventory for marketing materials, and ensure that all marketing activities are executed seamlessly. The Marketing Coordinator will also play a key role in supporting visual merchandising efforts and collecting data on promotional activities to inform strategic decision-making. Duties/Responsibilities: Coordinate promotional activities such as vendor days, pop-up events, and other marketing initiatives by managing communication with internal teams and external stakeholders. Collaborate with inventory management teams to ensure that promotional products and marketing materials are adequately stocked and distributed to meet field marketing needs. Provide support to marketing and sales teams by delivering promotional materials, product information, and field marketing support as needed. Gather data on promotional campaigns and activities, providing weekly reports on campaign effectiveness and results to inform future strategies. Contribute to enhancing the customer experience by ensuring that marketing initiatives align with customer service excellence. Manage the creation and distribution of print marketing materials, ensuring that signage and graphics are delivered to stores in a timely manner. Work closely with the field marketing team to strategically present products, highlighting features, benefits, and seasonal promotions to ensure a visually compelling display. Manage and track bulk visual merchandising and dummy packaging requests, ensuring all visual marketing materials are up to date and available when needed. Required Skills/Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with team members, vendors, and clients. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Teams) and working knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data tracking and reporting. Strong organizational abilities, with the capability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and handle competing priorities effectively. Ability to independently solve problems and take initiative in resolving issues related to marketing operations and promotional activities. Education and Experience: High school diploma or GED required; a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred. 3+ years of experience in marketing, with proven success in managing promotional campaigns and supporting field marketing initiatives, is preferred. 3+ years of experience in logistics or inventory management is highly desirable. Experience in the cannabis industry or familiarity with cannabis brands and products is preferred but not required. Physical Requirements: Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods. Capable of repetitive hand and arm motions as well as extended periods of typing. Capable of looking at a screen for extended periods or entire shifts. Some travel may be required to attend cross-functional team meetings or support product launch events. Work Schedule (Exempt): This is a full-time, exempt position. The role requires the flexibility to work the hours necessary to meet business needs, which may include extended hours, weekends, and holidays. Work schedules and expectations may be adjusted based on operational priorities and organizational demands.
