As a People Operations Coordinator on our Systems and Operations team, you are responsible for delivering high-quality, scalable HR operations across the full employee lifecycle for our global workforce. This role owns day-to-day lifecycle transactions in our HRIS, provides front-line HR support to employees and managers, and helps maintain the operational stability of key processes like onboarding, offboarding, and employee data changes. Reporting to our Director of People Systems and Operations, you'll partner closely with People Partners, People Managers, Finance, Payroll, IT, and other cross-functional stakeholders to ensure our operations are accurate, compliant, and delivered with empathy. As our People Operations Coordinator– you will report to the Director HRIS. On a given day, you may: Manage employee lifecycle operations - Process all personnel transactions (new hires, promotions, transfers, and terminations) and ensure accurate HRIS data entry and record-keeping Coordinate onboarding and offboarding logistics - Support the scheduling, documentation, and systems steps that help new hires start strong and departing employees transition smoothly Be the front-line HR support - Act as the primary contact for HR inquiries from current employees, new hires, past employees, and external vendors on core policies like PTO, benefits, and basic HR procedures Manage external HR requests - Handle employment verifications and other external information requests, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and timely responses Escalate complex issues - Assess and route more complex or sensitive cases to the appropriate People team members or functional specialists who will resolve them. Support cyclical HR programs - Help execute key annual and cyclical activities such as the Annual Performance Review process, organizational surveys, Benefits Open Enrollment, and mandated training programs Maintain HRIS data integrity and reporting - Uphold high standards for data quality, run basic reports, and support adherence to HR controls and compliance requirements Contribute to process improvements & projects - Participate in People Operations and broader HR process improvement initiatives and departmental projects that enhance scalability and employee experience Provide general administrative support such as travel arrangements, preparing correspondence, forms and reports, arranging meeting – including agenda and notes, process confidential reports and documents, and tracks deadlines. Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy, particularly in HRIS data entry, documentation, and reporting Passion for inclusive, seamless people operations, with a service-oriented mindset and desire to improve processes that support employees and managers Requirements for the role Bachelor's Degree HR operations experience managing the full employee lifecycle, including hands-on processing of personnel changes and providing first-level employee support and policy guidance Multi-state (or multi-region) HR experience, with demonstrated ability to maintain compliance and high data integrity and 3+ years of experience with core HR principles Proficiency with HRIS/HCM platforms (Workday, preferred) and comfort working in spreadsheets such as Excel or Google Sheets Strong organizational and time management skills, with a track record of prioritizing multiple high-volume, high-stakes tasks in a fast-moving environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on empathy, professionalism, and clear policy interpretation for a wide range of stakeholders You must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future. The Senior Engineering Manager reports to the General Manager. You will be the technical link between several functions across the JBT Marel Avure organization and will have a full range of focus from a technical expert to a strategic business partner. Requirements for the role BS degree in a technical discipline such as Mechanical Engineering is required. SolidWorks/Ansys experience is preferred. Material (metallic) and ASME B&PV Code experience is advantageous. You will report to the Customer Care Manager Meat North America. The Opportunity … The role of the Customer Care Manager (CCM) is to lead high customer experience and satisfaction levels. Additionally, the CCM is responsible for sales of services, service contracts, spare parts, modifications, and upgrades to meet expected targets for revenue and profitability. The CCM is overall responsible for the relationship and management of the customer and is a trusted advisor for the customer and develop the customer relations. This includes analyzing and delivering performance information, knowledge and advice with recommendations for solutions to the customer's needs and expectations for uptime, performance, reliability and cost of ownership. The CCM has a close dialogue with the customer, from site manager to operator and technician, to capture their needs and pain points. The customer will perceive and understand these needs as value adding when they are then converted into solution proposals. The CCM should know the industry of the customer. The CCM is familiar with food industry standards in general, standards for measuring downtime/efficiency. The CCM carries sound knowledge of systematic maintenance principles. The CCM is also familiar with the solutions JBT Marel can offer. The CCM develops and conveys solution proposals to the customer. These proposals include service contracts, service solutions, spare parts packages. The goal is for these solutions to be value-adding to the customer and JBT Marel. The CCM follows through on the delivery of these solutions. The CCM work in close collaboration with several teams to ensure the customer is served in the best possible way. These teams include the Customer Support Coordinator (CSC) and Spare Parts Coordinator (SPC). They also include the Service Contract Coordinator (SCC), Sales (equipment), Service Area Manager (SAM), and Key Account Manager (KAM, if applicable). The CCM should work with Sales (equipment) to explore opportunities to have contracts, services and parts included in the sales of new equipment. The CCM develops an account plan in collaboration with the Service Business Manager, KAM (if applicable) and SAM and implement the plan. Also, the CCM supports the Service Business Manager in the development of regional plans. The CCM contributes in keeping all customer data up to date and updates and validates customer information or any other information that is critical in the customer journey. An important part of the role of the CCM is to meet with customers; thus, the CCM will travel frequently.
