This role manages all phases of project delivery including estimating, construction execution, owner satisfaction, cost control, schedule adherence, quality assurance, and safety compliance. What We Offer (Benefits & Compensation) • Competitive salary range: $100,000–$150,000 annually • Medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage • 401(k) retirement savings plan with company match • Paid vacation accrual plan and paid holidays • Performance-driven merit increases and education assistance programs Key Responsibilities — Construction Project Manager • Build and maintain relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and design teams to ensure project success and repeat business opportunities • Partner with preconstruction services on value engineering, constructability reviews, bidder solicitation, and proposal development • Develop and maintain project schedules using CPM software while monitoring budgets, cost reports, and progress with weekly project team reviews • Negotiate subcontractor agreements and purchase orders, manage change orders, facilitate coordination meetings, and document meeting minutes • Monitor submittal and shop drawing processes, oversee startup and commissioning activities, and deliver contract closeout deliverables including owner training Qualifications — Construction Project Manager • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field required • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management with demonstrated water/wastewater construction background • Proven track record managing multimillion-dollar projects from preconstruction through successful completion • Proficiency with CPM scheduling programs, construction management software, and Microsoft Office suite • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated leadership abilities Preferred Qualifications — Water/Wastewater Project Manager • Experience managing self-perform crews in water or wastewater environments • PMP (Project Management Professional) or PMI-CP certification • PE (Professional Engineer) license in Civil or Environmental Engineering • Familiarity with municipal water/wastewater treatment plants and conveyance systems • Background in regulatory compliance, permitting, and environmental requirements Physical Requirements — Construction Project Manager • Office-based position requiring regular visits to active construction sites • Must possess valid driver's license for travel to project locations (15% travel) • Ability to walk construction sites including uneven terrain, outdoor environments, and treatment facilities • Occasional standing, walking, and climbing stairs during jobsite inspections • Lifting up to 25 pounds occasionally for document handling and light equipment #IND1

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of trenchless pipe rehabilitation projects from planning and design to execution and completion. Qualifications for the Spray Lining Project Manager: • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. 5+ years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the field of trenchless pipe rehabilitation. • Strong technical knowledge of trenchless rehabilitation techniques, including pipe bursting, pipe lining, and horizontal directional drilling. • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Bid2Win • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize competing demands effectively. • Familiarity with relevant industry regulations, codes, and standards. • PMP certification or equivalent preferred. #IND1
