Check out the video below! https://youtu.be/Di6DTWi3Ev0 Position Overview As a Student Worker in the Logistics Sales team, you will play an essential role in tracking shipments throughout their lifecycle using innovative technology systems. This role will help ensure complete visibility for our customers, maintain the highest level of data integrity, and provide excellent customer service in a dynamic and competitive team environment. You will be responsible for supporting our team in managing shipments, updating customer portals, and ensuring a seamless flow of information between customers, internal teams, and external partners. Additionally, you will help maintain the accuracy of documents and standard operating procedures (SOPs) within our organization. Key Responsibilities: Tracking Shipments & Data Integrity • Use technology systems to track shipments and provide real-time updates to customers. • Ensure 100% visibility of shipment status throughout its lifecycle • Review and maintain shipment records to ensure data accuracy and integrity Customer Service • Respond to customer inquiries regarding shipment status in a timely and professional manner • Provide proactive updates to customers on their shipments. • Assist in communication with customers and update shipment information in customer portals. Scheduling & Coordination • Schedule pickup and delivery appointments with pre-arranged facilities • Coordinate with third-party vendors and service providers to ensure timely deliveries and pickups. • Collect and verify shipment paperwork (e.g., bills of lading, delivery receipts). Documentation & Organization • Organize and maintain team documents and files related to shipments, schedules, and customer service • Contribute to the maintenance and updating of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and internal processes Teamwork & Communication • Collaborate effectively with team members to meet goals and deadlines. • Exhibit a high-energy, positive attitude that fosters a team environment • Demonstrate clear, professional communication, both written and verba • Thrive in a competitive, fast-paced work environment Qualifications • Current student (undergraduate or graduate level) with availability of 20-29 hours per week • ITS will work with your school schedule but prefer schedules that can be in the office earlier in the day (e.g., 3 days a week from 7am - 1pm). • Strong interest in logistics, supply chain management, or customer service. • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing. • Proficiency with technology and the ability to learn new systems quickly. • Positive attitude and high energy with a desire to contribute to a team. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks. • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

Lead a warehouse team to perform receiving, counting, auditing, quality control, picking, packing, and shipping tasks while ensuring safety and process improvements. | High school diploma or GED, minimum 2 years warehouse experience with forklift certification or ability to obtain it within 30 days, strong communication and leadership skills. | Position Summary ITS has an immediate opening for a Warehouse Lead at our warehouse in Fort Worth, TX. This position leads a warehouse team in receiving, counting, auditing, quality control, moving, finding, picking, stocking, packing, packaging, and shipping in ITS Warehouses. Warehouse Leads ensure their team keeps production areas fully stocked and have the products they need to fulfill orders quickly. This position sometimes works with automated machines or sensors to fulfill orders. This position focuses on finding materials on shelves, wrapping them and putting them on a delivery truck, in addition to pulling materials off a truck and putting them in the proper storage area. We are looking for an “A” player with succession capabilities beyond this role; one with the capacity to engage teams and build followership. Principle Accountabilities • Be on time for work each day, some overtime may be required • Perform order picking and auditing functions in a timely and accurate manner • Receive in goods and perform counting and auditing functions and accompanying paperwork • Replenishing pick lines • Make suggestions for improvement with current processes • Handle customer product with care, to avoid damaging items • Properly wrap and flag out bound pallets • Handle motorized equipment with safely, complete daily inspection sheets • Keep your work area clean and follow sanitation schedule • Be courteous and respect office staff and peers • Finding solutions and using your problem-solving skills to overcome obstacles • Ability to communicate effectively with peers, management, and customer service • Learn new tasks as needed Willingness to go “above and beyond” in the spirit of supporting the customers • Make safety an everyday priority • Desire to learn and grow with the company • Management may, at its discretion, assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time • Understand and promote the company values and mission statement and achieve “Excellence in Everything We Do” Position Requirements The ideal candidate will possess a demonstrated record of accomplishment in a warehousing / logistics culture with a focus on safety, reliability, and process improvement.
