Key Responsibilities • Act as the primary point of contact for consulting opportunities in digital transformations, qualifying and shaping client needs • Provide thought leadership and best practices in proving digital transformation value, formulating transformation roadmaps and pricing models • Lead the creation of compelling proposals, business cases, and ROI models that clearly articulate value Required Qualifications • 10+ years of consulting experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role at a major consulting firm or equivalent boutique • Proven track record of originating and closing organization- or department-scale consulting projects • Experience shaping digital transformation initiatives such as ERP, cloud, data platforms, and AI • Executive presence and ability to influence senior leaders as a trusted advisor • Broad understanding of technology and organizational change levers in transformation
