Customer Service Office Associate is responsible for overseeing and executing all corporate services at the client's site, including: Scanning mail, hospitality, conference room set ups, mail, shipping & receiving, copy services, front desk reception coverage, light courier duties and periodic bank runs. Upkeep of the corporate office environment and common spaces (cleaning, organizing, stocking), and basic office services and administrative work as assigned. Ideal candidates are self-starters with great attention to detail. Schedule and Location The Operations Manager role is a full time, salaried position, operating Monday - Friday during regular business hours.
