Strong, senior level experience with Relativity 2. Relationships with past and present clients who will bring in e-Discovery work 3. The ability and desire to bring in net new business - we will train you on the sales piece + provide resources In addition to your experience as an e-Disc PM and book of business – candidates will also possess the skills and experience to perform the following: Assist e-Discovery sales executives by attending meetings and/or phone conferences with clients Guide team processes, ensuring consistency, transparency and optimization, including for milestone reviews; meeting management and team management Define, measure, and report key performance indicators, including specific objectives per project to be evaluated upon completion Build, manage, and execute detailed end-to-end work plans for e-Discovery projects, including: budget and resource control, scheduling and regular progress reporting into senior management and project team members company-wide across all departments, and ensuring timely completion of goals, and ensuring all information is appropriately documented and secured Perform risk management including critical path, risk assessment, scenario creation and analysis; identify gaps, potential bottlenecks or delays, and challenge assumptions Manage technical specifications for new customer products and provide enhancements for existing platforms Qualifications IST Management provides reasonable accommodations to individuals with a disability in accordance with applicable law in both the application and employment stages. Manage incidents and requests while ensuring adherence to established SLAs. | Candidates must have legal US authorization to work and an associate’s degree in a relevant field. A minimum of 2 years in legal support or application support is required, along with experience in eDiscovery applications. | Overview Overview - eDiscovery Applications Support Engineer This is a full time, direct hire, remote position. The eDiscovery Applications Support Engineer is a hands-on technical role responsible for providing end-to-end support and maintenance of mission-critical eDiscovery applications, including Relativity, Nuix, Reveal, Brainspace, and other leading platforms. This position is accountable for maintaining uptime, resolving application issues, performing upgrades, and delivering high-quality support for internal teams and clients. Engineers in this role are expected to troubleshoot complex technical problems, manage incidents within established SLAs, and act as trusted technical resources for eDiscovery applications. Responsibilities Responsibilities: Provide end-to-end support and troubleshooting for Relativity, Nuix, Reveal, Brainspace, andother leading eDiscovery platforms Administer and maintain user accounts, groups, and permissions Manage incidents and requests through Jira Service Management, ensuring SLA adherence Create, improve, and maintain technical documentation in Confluence to ensure accuracy, consistency, and accessibility Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, including Microsoft SQL Server database-related problems Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation to ensure system availability and responsiveness Collaborate with IT and project teams to resolve incidents, fulfill requests, and deliver project work Document processes and contribute to continual improvement of workflows, automation, and efficiency Support environment provisioning, system builds, patching, configuration management, and security initiatives (e.g., risk assessments, vulnerability scanning) Participate in Scrum team activities to plan and execute strategic initiatives. Take direction from supervisor and adhere to all company policies and safety standards Qualifications Candidates must have legal US authorization to work for any employer.
