This is a senior, strategic role suited for a proven sales leader with deep relationships across hedge funds, family offices, and asset managers. You will work closely with executive leadership to shape the commercial strategy, open new revenue channels, and elevate our brand presence in the US market. Key Responsibilities: • Lead business development efforts for Fund Administration services across hedge funds, family offices, and asset managers. • Drive end-to-end sales cycles: prospecting, presentations, solution positioning, negotiations, and closing. • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers and industry influencers. • Work directly with leadership to develop go-to-market plans, refine offerings, and execute high-impact sales strategies. • Represent the company at industry conferences, events, and client engagements. • Partner internally with operations, product, and onboarding teams to ensure smooth implementation of new clients. Requirements: • 10+ years’ experience in business development or sales within Fund Administration, Fund Accounting, Prime Services, or related financial services. • Proven success selling into hedge funds, family offices, and asset managers. • Strong network of senior-level industry contacts in the alternative investment space. • Ability to operate hands-on, entrepreneurial, and highly accountable. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities. • Deep understanding of fund operations, NAV, reporting, compliance, and middle-office workflows is strongly preferred.
