We need a Senior Legal Program Manager who operates as an engine for the Legal team—someone who doesn't just spot problems but rolls up their sleeves to fix them. In this role, you will be the primary operator ensuring our legal projects cross the finish line. You will support a diverse set of legal needs (Intellectual Property, Patents, Labor & Employment, Lobbying Transparency) with a focus on execution and high-quality results. As a Senior Process Engineer, you'll be part of a cross-functional team whose mission is to lead IonQ on its journey to build the world's best quantum computers to solve the world's most complex problems. Prior experience in quantum networking is a plus, but not required; even though the network itself is quantum, your software will be orchestrating classical devices via serial and TCP/IP interfaces.
