Manage and optimize national programs supporting property management operations through data management, invoice review, and collaboration. | Requires 3+ years in residential construction, facility or property management coordination, proficiency in Excel, and experience with property management software. | Job DescriptionThe National Program Coordinator - Operations Support is a full-time hybrid in-office role responsible for coordinating national program(s) that supports the company's property management operations. Program coordination includes execution, optimization and analysis of a program's operations designed to support a large portfolio of single-family rental properties. Examples of programs include but are not limited to (a) National Internet and Media, (b) Maintenance Recoveries, (c) Recurring Pool Services, (d) Smart Home, etc.Essential Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesAssist in development of national program processes and procedures based on subject matter expertise in program areaSupport program manager for assigned national programsInteract with market team members to facilitate program and/or resolve program concerns using available resourcesAnalyze department data and business processes to maximize operational efficiency and optimize expensesComplete monthly reporting to include performance data relative to program parametersReview national invoices to ensure accurate general ledger coding, costs, margin percentages, and credit allocationsInterface with management and other national teams on policy, procedures and KPI metricsParticipate in recurring internal and vendor business reviews and Center of Excellence discussions to ensure best practices are maintainedTrack weekly program expense trends to identify cost saving opportunitiesUtilize various task flow management tools, reporting and dashboards to achieve company and departmental goalsPerform administrative functions as they pertain to national programsEducation and/or ExperienceHigh School diploma or GED3+ years of relevant experience in residential construction, facility management, and/or property management maintenance coordinationExperience reviewing and analyzing large data files, primarily in Microsoft ExcelExperience using Yardi, Lessen One or other property management software is a plusSkills/Specialized KnowledgeAnalytical and results orientedAbility to work independently and exercise sound judgmentAbility to work well with othersAbility to work in fast-paced, self-directed entrepreneurial environmentExceptional verbal and written communication skillsHighly proficient in Microsoft Office tools including Excel, and OutlookExcellent time management skillsPossess Honesty, Integrity, and Work EthicOther RequirementsMust maintain professional appearance.Ability to be at work on a regular and consistent basis and be in the office a minimum of three (3) days a week.Physical and Mental DemandsThis position will involve long hours sitting and using office equipment and computers. The position may also entail light lifting of supplies and materials occasionally, up to and including 20 pounds in addition to reaching, stooping, standing, and walking. This position requires the ability to talk, hear, compare, compute, compile, copy, analyze, coordinate, synthesize, negotiate, and communicate. Salary Range The salary range for this position is: $20.19 - $35.00, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws. This role partners with the business HRBPs, and leadership to drive talent strategies and programs in the talent lifecycle including: coaching, development of talent, and succession planning.They will deeply understand aspirations, capabilities, and development actions of top talent and influence key talent decisions through trust and credibility with HRBP leaders and the Executive Leadership team.The Talent Partner will lead the strategy and efforts reporting to the VP Talent and Culture.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as functional talent strategist and expert on talent with a focus on building a robust pipeline. Leverage talent data and insights to build functional talent strategy in alignment with enterprise business and talent needs. Act as subject matter expert, thought leader, and advisor to Executive Leaders on the talent needs of their top high potential leaders to ensure alignment with organizational and talent strategies. Lead (plan and facilitate) senior level talent review and succession planning processes ensuring inclusive processes. Ensure best-in-class functional executive experience through onboarding and assimilation activities. Minimum RequirementsMinimum of 5 to 7 years of experience within Talent Management with at least 5 years’ experience in Talent Management, leadership coaching, and high potential development in a large organization.Prior experience developing Talent Management strategies connected to business priorities to solve for high potential leadership talent sourcing, development, and retention. Consulting experience and/or experience as a leader of a Talent Management organization is a plus.
