Provide graphic production expertise and administrative support to prepare marketing assets, manage print files, and maintain digital archives. | Associate degree in art or design, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, strong organizational skills, and ability to work independently remotely. | Associate Production Artist (IVP) Work Location: Remote - USA Schedule: Full time To advance the purpose of InterVarsity Press (IVP), this position provide graphic production expertise and administrative support to the creative director, graphic designer, and internal stakeholders to effectively introduce titles into the marketplace and positively represent the IVP brand. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES Personal: Be a maturing disciple of Jesus Christ: growing in love for God, God's Word, God's people of every ethnicity and culture, and God's purposes in the world. Accomplish production and prepress work by: Preparing Marketing asset designs for digital channels (Amazon, social media, websites) Designing and preparing additional author support assets as assigned (PowerPoint templates, author videos, etc.) Preparing front covers as assigned and distributed to archives and stakeholders. Coordinating with external vendors regarding the completion and distribution of front covers. Shepherding back covers and audiobook covers as assigned through the design, proofing, and production process. Preparing backlist title cover updates for reprints. Delivering print ready production files to print vendors. Signing off on production proofs. Distributing digital author photos to archives and stakeholders. Implementing and upholding the visual identity and brand of IVP. Supporting Bynder archive and working with the IVP Production Artist who oversees the archive. Coordinate IVP art licensing by: Purchasing rights-managed images as necessary. Submitting invoices to accounting. Communicating and maintaining art databases. Contribute to the effectiveness of the team by: Providing support to the Designers. Working to ensure order and organization of systems, equipment, and Microsoft Teams workspaces. Supporting digital asset management, creating, and maintaining electronic archives of graphic files including stock photography, icons, logos, author photos, book covers, and other assets. Completing assigned projects within the allocated time. Performing team administrative duties to support the work of the team. Completing final output for assigned projects in necessary format (print or digital). Communicate with project sponsors and other contacts by: Building relationships with print vendors and internal stakeholders Responding to e-mail inquiries, calendar invites and instant messaging Working in partnership with other teams, including graphic designers, on specified projects . Any other duties as required QUALIFICATIONS Affirmation of InterVarsity’s Statement of Faith Associate Degree in Art or Design preferred Portfolio of recent work Tech-savvy and quick learner Competent in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign and Photoshop Experience with HTML is a plus Experience with Microsoft Teams and ClickUp a plus Effective oral and written communication skills Ability to manage your workload and work independently Strong organization and time management skills Ability to work and communicate well in remote and hybrid environment using cloud-based project management software Ability to work well in a deadline-driven environment Demonstrated ability and commitment to work in a diverse team environment Prudence with confidential information Flexibility to attend the Urbana Student Missions Conference every six years, Dec. 26-Jan.1, and National Staff Conference every three years (the year after Urbana), approximately Jan. 2- 7 EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS Experience required as described in the section below (dependent on the level of the position posted). Relevant higher education will be taken into account and may reduce the experience required. LEVELS IN JOB FAMILY (POSTING WILL STATE THE RELEVANT LEVEL AT THE BEGINNING OF THE POSTING) Associate Production Artist, Level 4, non-exempt The Associate Production Artist is responsible for all the duties listed above and is preferred to have at least 1 year of experience working with print files. Production Artist I, Level 5, exempt The Production Artist I is responsible for all the duties listed above and may also be involved in designing, leading team meetings, project brainstorming, and feedback sessions when applicable. A Production Artist I is preferred to have at least 3 years of prior design or production experience. Production Artist II, Level 6, exempt The Production Artist II is responsible for all the duties listed above and may also be involved in designing, leading team meetings, project brainstorming, and feedback sessions when applicable. A Production Artist II is required to have at least 5 years of design or production experience. Senior Production Artist, Level 7, exempt The Senior Production Artist, in addition to the qualifications listed above, must have at least 8 years of design and/or production experience, a demonstrated ability to train and mentor team members, and must demonstrate expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, text and page layout, photo manipulation, editing, and processing. Beyond the major responsibilities above, the Senior Production Artist will assist the Managing Editor in leading, coaching, and training other individuals within and outside the department in a variety of areas as well as lead projects and processes as assigned. Manage data quality lifecycle of constituent records in Salesforce and lead a team to maintain data integrity for nonprofit fundraising. | Requires 2+ years CRM data management experience with Salesforce and leadership skills, plus alignment with InterVarsity's Statement of Faith. | Constituent Records Management Manager (Development Services) Work Location: Remote - USA Schedule: Full time To advance the purpose of InterVarsity, this position will preserve the health and integrity of all constituent records within our Salesforce CRM. This role owns the full data quality lifecycle — from identifying and resolving duplicate records, to enriching constituent profiles through data appends to maintaining ongoing data governance standards across the organization. This role will also manage a team of professionals focused on the management of data hygiene related to constituent records. This is a detail-oriented, high-impact role that sits at the intersection of data management and relationship stewardship. The right candidate will bring a methodical mindset, strong Salesforce experience, leadership discernment, and a genuine understanding of why clean data matters in a nonprofit fundraising environment. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES Personal: Be a maturing disciple of Jesus Christ: growing in love for God, God's Word, God's people of every ethnicity and culture, and God's purposes in the world Duplicate Record Management: Conduct systematic identification and review of duplicate constituent records in Salesforce using deduplication tools and manual audits Execute record merge operations with precision, preserving all relevant giving history, relationships, and engagement data Establish and maintain a deduplication schedule and log, track volume and trends over time Develop and document merge rules and criteria to standardize the deduplication process across record types (individuals, organizations, households) Data Appends & Enrichment: Coordinate and execute data append projects using third-party vendors, including NCOA (address updates), email append, phone append, and wealth screening services Evaluate vendor data quality and manage vendor relationships in partnership with leadership Import and map appended data back into Salesforce accurately, preserving data integrity and field mapping conventions Maintain a data enrichment calendar aligned to annual fundraising campaigns and appeals Ongoing CRM Record Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on constituent records including address verification, deceased/inactive flagging, donor preferences, organizational affiliations, and relationship updates Monitor and resolve data quality flags, system alerts, and exception reports on a regular basis Partner with development and program staff to resolve data discrepancies surfaced through constituent interactions or returned mail Manage mass data imports and exports with precision, using Data Loader or comparable tools Data Governance & Standards: Develop, document, and enforce data entry standards and naming conventions across the CRM Conduct regular data quality audits and produce health metrics reports for leadership Train and advise staff on data entry best practices to prevent data degradation at the source Maintain a data governance log and documentation library for all hygiene processes and decisions QUALIFICATIONS Required: Annually affirm InterVarsity’s Statement of Faith 2+ years of experience in CRM data management, database administration, or a closely related role Hands-on experience working within Salesforce, preferably Salesforce NPSP or Nonprofit Cloud A working knowledge of current Microsoft Software applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint) and Google Sheets is preferred Leadership experience Experience with data append vendors and NCOA processing Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage high volumes of records without sacrificing accuracy Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines Effective oral and written communication skills Experience maintaining confidential records Demonstrated ability and commitment to work in a diverse team environment Preferred: Experience in a nonprofit organization, particularly in a development or fundraising operations context Familiarity with Salesforce Data Loader, Apsona, DemandTools, or similar data management tools Understanding of data privacy regulations and best practices (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR basics) Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) or willingness to pursue certification Experience with data quality scorecards or governance documentation KEY COMPETENCIES Meticulous attention to detail Data literacy and analytical thinking Proactive problem identification Commitment to data as a strategic asset Process discipline and follow through Communication across technical/non-technical audiences Collaborative working style Adaptability in a dynamic nonprofit environment Pay Range: $45,324.00 - $60,420.00 per year Benefits: We offer a competitive benefits package, including health care and retirement savings with a match.
