Responsibilities Assist with the design, development, implementation, monitoring, and reporting of Process design initiatives Expert facilitator in continuous improvement and process design and documentation Creates an environment that leads to the design of future state processes, baseline for performance management Documents current and future state processes, manages the development of training materials enabling an effective transition to new ways of working, supports the rollout of improved or new processes Provide project management to ensure process design agendas are completed on time and in alignment with strategic goals Identify and leverage emerging technologies and innovation to enhance business processes, reduce costs, and improve customer experience Regularly report on the status and impact of initiatives to the transformation program Steering Committee Identify and mitigate risks associated with projects and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards Foster a culture of continuous improvement and encourage feedback and input from employees at all levels Ensure stakeholder engagement and adoption of future state processes through change management strategies and effective communication Manage multiple process design initiatives simultaneously while ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
