How You Will Achieve More: The Senior Manager of Commercial Performance and Analytics is tasked with providing commercial insights that guide strategic decisions and commercialization efforts for Intellia’s portfolio and launch planning. This position plays a key role within the commercial operations team, supporting the commercialization strategy for Intellia’s upcoming HAE launch and, in the future, potentially expanding to other pipeline assets in the portfolio. The individual will work closely with the cross-functional commercial team to ensure a solid grasp of the overall business and critical questions related to the commercial launch. They will also develop and implement an insights plan—using either primary market research or data analytics—to address these questions. This role will provide analytics support for strategic initiatives throughout the full evaluation, execution, and measurement. Additionally, they will support designing & operating analytical approaches to identify & quantify drivers, barriers, and opportunities in the market using advanced methods. They will assist with creating the launch performance measurement plan, establishing goals, and providing essential insights and reporting tools that serve as the primary reference point for making data-driven strategic decisions. Develop a thorough insights generation strategy to effectively address a diverse range of business questions through the utilization of suitable methodologies, such as primary or secondary market research and analytics. Create and refine a framework to set objectives and track execution leading up to commercial launch, while also building and implementing effective forums for sharing insights and developing platforms for those insights, such as business intelligence dashboards (e.g. commercial launch performance KPI dashboard, patient pull through tracking, etc.). Support commercial teams with ad-hoc analytics and help drive strategic, data-based decisions. Act as an internal subject matter expert to strengthen analytics capabilities across commercial teams by leveraging your expertise and continually learning about top industry practices, and cross-sharing insights and best practices to increase home office & field team analytical acumen. Design and execute required analyses plans: Primary market research: Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to articulate research objectives, identify the appropriate approach & vendor to execute the study Data analytics: Design & operate an analytical engine to identify & quantify drivers, barriers, and opportunities in the market using advanced statistical / ML methodology; synthesize findings for business stakeholders on a regular basis for evaluation & action (both at a national and subnational performance level). Reporting to the Senior Director of Insights, Analytics, and Forecasting, this role shapes strategy, tracks performance, and partners with commercial teams to drive operational excellence. Responsibilities include delivering cross-portfolio insights, developing forecast models, and ensuring commercial analytics support for launch readiness and global commercial planning. The Director operates in a dynamic, matrixed environment, acting as both leader and contributor, and adapts as the organization moves toward commercialization. Responsibilities: Strategic Collaboration: As a key stakeholder within the commercial organization, this is a pivotal cross-portfolio role in fostering collaboration and providing thought partnership across various teams. The National Account Director – Commercial Payers will play a critical leadership role in shaping and executing our U.S. market access strategy with national and large regional commercial payers in preparation for our first gene editing therapy launch. This is a high-impact, field-based position responsible for building relationships with key payer stakeholders, communicating product value, and securing favorable coverage and reimbursement pathways. This is a highly strategic, hands-on role that is ideal for an experienced national account professional who thrives in fast-paced, build-from-scratch environments and understands the complexity of launching innovative, high-value therapies.
