Qualified CNC Program Managers will have most (if not all) of the following skills and experiences: • 3+ years of recent/relevant Program Management experience with turnkey manufacturing projects from initiation through completion, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline requirements. • 3+ years of experience overseeing budgets, schedules (MS Project/Primavera), directing staff and teams, handling resource allocations, product tracking, client interactions, supplier selection, and execution of complex manufacturing and CNC machining system projects. • A BS in Mechanical Engineering or closely related field is preferred. A PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a benefit, but not essential. • Monitor project performance, maintain compliant project documentation and reporting, and provide technical guidance, problem-solving, and team support to ensure successful project execution. • Strong understanding of CNC manufacturing practices, precision CNC machinery, including benchmarking, procurement, supplier evaluation, and technical analysis to support final selection decisions. • Must be able to work in the USA: US Citizens / Canadian/Mexican Citizens (eligible for TN visas) / US Green Card holders welcome. • Must be able to complete standard pre-hire checks including background, drug screen, references, etc.

Manage large-scale capital equipment installation and industrial construction projects including schedules, budgets, and teams. | 5+ years managing industrial construction or capital equipment installation projects with experience in budgets, schedules, and union/non-union trades. | Project Manager – Capital Equipment Installation / Industrial Construction A local company with a facility in the Greater Detroit, Michigan area is currently seeking several Capital Equipment Installation Project Managers for Direct Hire opportunities with their growing team. Qualified Project Managers will possess most, if not all, of the following skills and experience: • 5+ years of recent / relevant experience managing large-scale capital equipment installation, industrial construction, or industrial fabrication projects • 5+ years of recent / relevant experience managing project schedules, budgets, scopes of work, estimating, and installation costs is highly preferred • Experience with large-scale installation projects involving capital equipment, industrial machinery, industrial HVAC, large tanks, processing piping, and similar systems • Experience with sheet metal fabrication (10 or 12 gauge), welding techniques, ironworking, pipefitting, and millwright leadership is highly desirable • Experience overseeing both union and non-union trades throughout the life of a project • Experience managing project budgets, schedules, rental equipment costs, subcontractors, and installation teams • Experience developing and managing project schedules, scopes of work, and estimating for industrial fabrication and installation projects • Must be able to travel as needed to support project sites and installation activities • A BS degree in Mechanical Engineering is preferred but not essential. Equivalent combinations of an Associate degree, industrial construction experience, and project management experience will be strongly considered • Must be able to work in the United States (no H-1 sponsorship or student visas) • Must be able to complete standard pre-hire checks including background check, drug screen, and references Source:
