What qualifications will make you successful? • Bachelor’s Degree required. • Experience in warehouse design/optimization at a senior level. • Able to set up warehouse product lines as the final decision maker. • Proficient in computer aided design and drafting software. • Proficient SAP S4 Hana as this is the system of use. • Knowledge of Database systems (SQL, Tableau etc.) a plus. • Preferred knowledge in PIT and Warehouse equipment

This role will focus on optimizing product flow, space utilization, and operational efficiency while supporting the integration of 1,000+ new products and 5,000+ part numbers. You will be part of a small, high-impact team responsible for designing warehouse layout, line placement, and process efficiency. This is a senior-level position requiring strong decision-making capability and hands-on experience in warehouse optimization. Key Responsibilities • Design and plan the internal warehouse layout for transformation initiatives • Develop optimized product flow and material handling systems • Lead setup and optimization of new warehouse configurations • Ensure maximum efficiency, ergonomics, and space utilization • Apply Lean methodologies to improve process flow and eliminate waste • Manage warehousing operations including receiving, storage, order preparation, and shipments in alignment with SPS principles • Measure and analyze warehouse performance (cost and service KPIs) and implement corrective actions • Lead projects focused on warehouse design and operational optimization • Serve as the final decision-maker in product line setup and layout planning Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree required • Senior-level experience in warehouse design and optimization • Proven experience setting up warehouse product lines • Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software • Strong experience working with SAP S/4HANA • Experience leading layout transformation or warehouse redesign projects Preferred Qualifications • Knowledge of SQL, Tableau, or other database/analytics tools • Experience with Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) • Familiarity with warehouse equipment planning and selection
