Manage day-to-day servicing of middle-market construction accounts including renewals, endorsements, and policy changes while supporting client retention and growth. | 3+ years managing commercial P&C accounts, strong construction risk knowledge, proficiency in Applied Epic, active P&C license, and California or Nevada residence. | $100–110K | Hybrid/Remote | CA or NV A well-established independent insurance brokerage is seeking an experienced Commercial Account Manager to manage a book of construction accounts. This role offers flexibility and can be based remotely or hybrid from the San Francisco Bay Area, Sacramento, Los Angeles, Orange County, or Las Vegas. What You’ll Do: • Manage all day-to-day servicing for a mix of middle-market construction accounts • Handle renewals, endorsements, certificates, and policy changes • Work closely with producers and underwriters to support client retention and growth • Use Applied Epic to track and manage accounts • Deliver exceptional service and build long-term client relationships What You Bring: • 3+ years of experience managing commercial P&C accounts • Strong knowledge of construction risks and coverages • Proficiency in Applied Epic or similar AMS • Active P&C license • Solid communication and organizational skills • California or Nevada residence The Perks: • $100,000–110,000 base salary • Hybrid or fully remote flexibility depending on location • Strong benefits and supportive team environment • Opportunity to work on complex, rewarding accounts with a respected brokerage If you're looking for a flexible, high-impact role working with mid-market construction clients, we’d love to connect.
