Manage personal injury cases from intake through resolution, communicate with clients and medical providers, draft legal documents, assist attorneys, and maintain case files. | 2-3 years of personal injury case management or paralegal experience, knowledge of California personal injury law, strong communication and organizational skills, and proficiency with case management software preferred. | We are a busy and growing personal injury law firm seeking experienced case managers and paralegals to join our team. Positions are available in both pre-litigation and litigation departments. Responsibilities include: • Managing personal injury cases from intake through resolution • Communicating with clients, medical providers, and insurance adjusters • Drafting correspondence, pleadings, and discovery responses • Assisting attorneys in case preparation and trial support • Maintaining organized case files and ensuring deadlines are met Qualifications: • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in personal injury case management or paralegal work (pre-lit or litigation) • Strong knowledge of California personal injury law and procedures • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Proficiency with case management software preferred What We Offer: • Competitive compensation based on experience • Opportunities for growth and advancement • Supportive and collaborative work environment • Benefits package available If you have the skills and experience to manage cases effectively and are committed to client service, we’d love to hear from you.
