This role involves managing educational and training programs, maintaining strategic partner relationships, and ensuring seamless program delivery through third-party partners. The successful candidates will work remotely from India while functionally reporting to the management and administratively to Infopro's Project Manager. ――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――― KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Program Management: • Manage both existing and new educational/training programs involving third-party delivery partners • Coordinate scheduling of classes and events across multiple stakeholders • Provide course and learner administration as directed by program requirements • Support program lifecycle management from inception to delivery Partner Relationship Management: • Build and maintain relationships with external training partners who resell or customize VMware training content • Coordinate with partner organizations to ensure program alignment and quality delivery • Work cross-functionally to support various leaders and stakeholders Customer Support & Administration: • Provide exemplary customer support via email and occasional phone calls • Handle learner administration and course management activities • Ensure smooth communication flow between all parties involved Content & Curriculum Support: • Work with curriculum teams to align program educational goals • Support e-learning content development initiatives • Ensure SCORM 1.2 compliance and standards adherence Requirements REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience: • 3-5 years minimum experience in project management, preferably within Learning & Development domain • Proven experience in managing educational or training programs with third-party delivery partners • 2+ years’ hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems, preferably Cornerstone OnDemand (Nice to Have) • Experience with e-learning content development and SCORM 1.2 standards (Nice to Have) Technical Skills: · Proficiency in MS Office Suite • Understanding of LMS administration (nice to have) • Knowledge of how educational content is structured and delivered Business Acumen: • Understanding of education business operations, including revenue models and training delivery lifecycle • Commercial experience in the education/training sector preferred Soft Skills: • Strong communication and cross-functional coordination abilities • Ability to work across multiple teams and stakeholders · Excellent customer service orientation • Self-motivated individual contributor capable of working independently PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS • VMware product knowledge (Nice to Have) • Experience with curriculum and content development • Previous experience working with global teams across time zone BENEFITS · Remote working flexibility • Opportunity to work with leading technology organization · Professional development opportunities Highlights Manage global corporate training programs.
