Influential is looking for an experienced Specialist, Account Management. In general, a typical day includes: • Helping to drive the overall success of campaigns ranging in budget and complexity for clients across beauty, QSR, auto, CPG, finance, gaming, hospitality, and more by collaborating closely with the operations and sales teams • Participating in client campaign kick-off calls to outline influencer selection and execution details • Navigating campaign roadblocks and challenges by providing actionable solutions • Preparing reports and analyzing ad performance relative to campaign objectives; providing optimization recommendations • Staying on top of the workflow and completion of tasks in our project management platform • Organizing timelines, creative concepts and paid media strategies for campaigns ranging anywhere from a one day to a one year flight • Maintaining in-depth knowledge of ad products and relevant specs, guidelines, and business rules; manage asset delivery timelines • Educating sales and clients on Influential's core offerings, current industry trends and technologies • Developing and fostering strong relationships with clients by building rapport that earns the respect of more senior clients through delivery and focus on detail • Managing the monthly billing reconciliation process with finance • Mentoring junior team members and sharing learnings across the Account Management discipline Being a Specialist, Account Management requires: • 2-5 years of experience working in a digital or advertising environment • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple clients and priorities with discretion • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to interact professionally with external and internal clients • Comfortable working in a startup environment, creating organization and processes where none may already exist • Knowledgeable of all major social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube) • Up-to-date on the latest trends and innovations in the social realm • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • A passion for all things social media Bonus points if: • Experience at an agency, marketing-tech or media start-up • Background in influencer marketing Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000 About Influential Influential is an AI-powered technology and is the largest influencer marketing company in the world, by revenue. The Manager will implement the day-to-day creator strategy and campaign execution for our top luxury beauty client. The ideal candidate will support the campaign management team with the development and execution of influencer marketing campaigns utilizing our proprietary technology to connect top brands with our broad network of influencers, and possess knowledge of creator trends in the beauty industry. Driven by a passion for all things beauty focused with an expertise in beauty, this role includes full creator management, encompassing tasks from sourcing and negotiation to content creation and day-to-day campaign oversight. In General, On A Typical Day You Will: Build and execute creator strategies specific to campaigns, refine current success metrics, and introduce new success metrics Support training of all aspects of planning and audience reporting, use of research tools, as well as the development of writing and presentation skills Liaise between the campaign management team and other key internal groups on each account (Account Management, Creative, Strategy & Analytics, Operations) to ensure client needs are being met Strategically identify talent and influencers for campaigns in a way that maximizes ROI and hits brand/client KPIs Leverage data and insights to successfully position recommended talent to clients Manage the vetting process for talent presented to brands to ensure alignment with overall brand safety and campaign-specific criteria Oversee Influencer "casting", negotiation, contracting and content management across different brand campaigns. Being A Manager, Creator Management Requires: 5+ years of experience working in digital, advertising, or influencer marketing specializing in the beauty industry Experience managing and coordinating projects in a fast-paced/startup environment Established and extensive network of managers/agents or influencer contacts. Strong writing skills with the ability to compose client-facing collateral You can navigate the nuances of the beauty category Strong negotiating skills and management of individual campaign Influencer budgets well into the six figures.
