You will support the Distribution Account Manager, coordinate with distributors, and ensure timely execution of sales and logistics tasks. You will lead KPI reporting and campaigns, tackling escalations and enabling faster time-to-market for products. This position offers impact through cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment. Compensation / Benefits • Support the IFX Distribution Account Manager • Act as liaison between Distributor and Infineon for Sales, Assets, Purchasing, Order Management, Support, Supply & Logistics • Handle first-level escalation with customers • Drive distribution KPIs via reporting and follow-up (e.g., design registrations, NPI ordering, MARCOM/Sales Campaigns) • Manage MARCOM/Sales Campaigns and reporting for distribution initiatives Tasks • 5+ years of sales operations/inside sales in a manufacturing company, preferably semiconductor and distribution or contract manufacturing channel • Highly organized and adaptable • Proactive with initiative to drive topics even without all the answers • Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Ability to multi-task and prioritize • Excellent communication and follow-up with customers • Ability to understand reporting in Excel, Tableau and other platforms Key requirements • incentive plan • opportunity for career growth • diversity & inclusion commitment
