Your Role As Vice President, Global Solution Architecture, you’ll lead Immuta’s worldwide pre-sales organization—defining the technical vision and engagement model that drive revenue, trust, and adoption. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, you’ll work with a global team of Solution Architects who partner across Sales, Product, and Engineering to design policy-driven, compliant data solutions for enterprise and public sector customers.This is a high-impact executive role for a customer-obsessed leader who thrives at the intersection of data, technology, and go-to-market strategy—and who’s passionate about building high-performing teams that deliver measurable outcomes. HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT • Lead a high-performing Solution Architecture team across North America, EMEA, and APJ. • Define a unified global pre-sales framework that reflects Immuta’s category leadership in data provisioning. • Partner with Sales to ensure technical engagement drives pipeline growth, customer success, and measurable business outcomes. • Set the bar for technical excellence in solution design, demos, proof-of-value execution, and ROI storytelling. • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success so customer insights shape roadmap and delivery. • Work with the Alliances team to develop and scale enablement programs for technology and channel partners. • Track and optimize performance through key metrics such as time-to-data, proof-of-concept success, and automation rate. • Foster a culture of curiosity, empathy, and innovation centered on customer outcomes. As a Solution Architect, you'll work with our Field team bringing technical sales experience to an impressively accomplished sales team. YOUR ROLE The Solution Architect role will maximize Immuta’s value proposition, installed base, brand awareness and customer satisfaction. You will provide technical, functional, and design support to our Field team throughout the entire sales cycle. You will have refined interpersonal and verbal communication skills, a genuine interest in our customers’ missions, and a desire to help the Sales team close business and successfully integrate Immuta. Your proven experience and track record is necessary to simply, accurately, and articulately lead all aspects of the requirements and solutions integration needs for handoff to our Customer Success Team. Experience as a sales engineer/ solutions engineer involved in selling products to large enterprise clients is most preferred. WHAT YOU'LL DO • Position access control solutions via workshops, demos, whiteboards, proposals, etc. • Work with Sales team to attend customer discovery calls, on-site meetings, and trade shows to position Immuta as a technology of choice. • Build custom demos for customers. • Identify customer needs and requirements. • Define all elements of a customer’s analytics computing environment. • Define customer acceptance criteria for evaluation projects. • Execute Proof of Concepts, Proofs of Value, and workshops to meet customer evaluation success criteria. • Answer customer questions and respond to RFI/RFPs • Provide technical consultation and disseminate customer requirements information to the Sales and Customer Success teams. • Set priorities and keep the team focused on the important tasks. WHO YOU ARE • 5+ years experience in a technical sales role, working with an enterprise software or data product. • Deep understanding of data lake, database and data warehouse technology, to include SQL experience. • Excellent communication skills: interpersonal, written, visual (presentations), and verbal. • Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, Starburst, are preferred. • Comfortable presenting to executive management, highly technical engineers, and larger audiences. • Multitasking, critical thinking skills, and the ability to influence and manage multiple priorities are essential. • Team-oriented, flexible, and able to see the “big picture” - we are all working towards the same mission! • Cloud Data Architecture, Data Analytics, and Programming experiences desired. • Familiarity of access control and data governance solutions • History of managing data access through identity management. • Strong data analysis skills, knowing what can / cannot be possible, and ability to visualize data in the best way possible. • Statistical experience is a plus. • Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% as needed to achieve GTM objectives.
