The Role We’re looking for a strong Senior Customer Success Manager to join the US team & own a book of our Federal/Military customers. In this role you’ll develop a strategic partnership with those customers, by working with them to pair their strategic outcomes with objective success criteria, to ensure our platform delivers. What You’ll Do Partner with our customers to ensure effective onboarding, where you will walk them through our customer lifecycle, agree upon outcomes, and work towards those success criteria Train clients on how they and their teams will get the most out of our product suite Set strategies for the customer, put in place objectives and measure success Collaborate with our professional service and customer support team to deliver a strategic vision Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and partner with sales to help them close opportunities Run customer success reviews with your clients to ensure value is understood at an executive level Who You Are 6+ years of experience in customer success management, account management, or equivalent within a SaaS environment Experience working with & managing relationships at federal agencies, military branches and/or civilian municipalities Exceptional planning and communication skills Stellar presentation skills, client management, and written communication skills. The Opportunity Our North America team is looking to bring on a seasoned Lead Channel Sales Manager; someone who will be responsible for supporting the key sales functions and growth goals for our partners, resellers and distributors. You’ll need to be extremely results driven, customer focused, technologically savvy, and innovative at building internal relationships and external partnerships to approach the market with passion. In this role you’ll be responsible for proactively engaging with partners to identify and drive new partner led business opportunities. This is a remote position, which will support our entire North America market. We’re open to considering candidates from anywhere in the continental United States. What You’ll Do Identify and nurture relationships with our key existing channel partners, to optimize and support our North America sales efforts Contribute to the company’s Channel and GTM strategy in North America Partner with our direct Enterprise Sales team and technical enablement teams to build pipeline Develop and manage the day-to-day relationships between our valued partners and Immersive Drive yearly, quarterly, and monthly business planning with partners, ensuring you meet or exceed quota Delivers value propositions and other key messaging to partner communities Learn and maintain knowledge of Immersive’s products along with an understanding of competitive products, pricing, and stance within our partners Communicate product launches and promotions Create and execute partner events Maintain and present weekly pipeline forecast Who You Are 8+ years of experience in channel sales, ideally from within a nimble startup environment You have an extensive network of existing cybersecurity reseller relationships and have experience working with SaaS products Excellent presentation and communication skills to engage audiences Brilliant time management and organizational skills Ability to close business while achieving a high level of partner satisfaction Able to travel, when needed, to meet partners, customers, attend events or participate in company events As well as an inclusive, supportive place for you to be you.
