Manage securities lending operations including settlement, collateral, and risk mitigation, while supporting process improvements. | Requires knowledge of securities lending, financial operations, and proficiency in Excel, with experience in trade or investment operations being highly desirable. | 🔹 Securities Lending Operations Analyst 📍 Location: Wilmington, Delaware – 19809 🕒 Duration: 6+ Month Contract 💲 Pay Rate: $35.04/hr (W2) 💼 What You’ll Be Doing • Manage daily settlement of securities loans and returns across global markets • Resolve transaction and settlement issues quickly and effectively • Ensure proper collateral management with counterparties • Calculate margin requirements and monitor compliance with client guidelines • Perform key controls including cash, security, and collateral reconciliations • Identify and mitigate securities lending risks to client portfolios • Build strong relationships with trading desks, custodians, counterparties, and service providers • Support audits, reporting, and regulatory requirements • Participate in process improvements and system enhancements • Contribute to projects focused on technology upgrades and workflow automation • Stay current on market practices and industry changes 🧠 What We’re Looking For • Strong understanding of financial markets and securities lending operations • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and research skills • High attention to detail with ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Solid knowledge of risk management and regulatory frameworks • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet daily deadlines • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel • Experience with Aladdin applications (Dashboard, Trade Entry, CAM, Security Master) is a plus • Knowledge of SQL or Python is a major advantage for workflow automation 🎓 Education & Experience • BA/BS Degree from an accredited university preferred • Equivalent business or financial operations experience will be considered • Prior experience in securities lending, trade operations, or investment operations highly desirable
