This role involves creating 1–2 high-quality Instagram posts per week and performing light account management, including engagement and basic follow-ups (e.g., responding to comments, liking relevant content, and following similar accounts). Responsibilities • Design and deliver 1–2 visually engaging Instagram posts per week (Reels, static images, or carousels, depending on content needs) • Create captions that align with brand voice and messaging • Conduct basic hashtag and competitor research • Monitor posts for performance and engagement • Handle light account management: • Respond to comments and DMs • Follow similar or relevant accounts • Engage with audience content (likes, comments) Preferred Qualifications • Proven experience designing Instagram content (portfolio or samples required) • Strong graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools) • Good understanding of Instagram best practices, trends, and algorithms Excellent written communication skills for captions and light engagement • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines • Experience in social media management is a plus • Background in branding, marketing, or digital content • Experience growing Instagram pages organically • Comfortable proposing content ideas and strategies Hours & Compensation: • Estimated time: 2–4 hours/week • Pay: $25–$35/hour, based on experience • Flexible schedule – work remotely and deliver on a weekly timeline To Apply: Please submit: • A brief introduction or cover letter • Your resume or LinkedIn profile • Portfolio or samples of Instagram content/design work • (Optional) Instagram accounts you’ve managed or contributed to We’re excited to see your creativity and eye for design come to life on our feed!
