Lead digital marketing channels, web strategy, and cross-channel content initiatives to drive measurable business impact. | Requires 5-7+ years in digital marketing, omni-channel strategy, web optimization, and cross-functional leadership in matrixed environments. | Job Summary: Reporting to the Director, Brand and Product Marketing, the Manager Omnichannel Marketing is accountable for leading the strategy, execution, and performance of core digital marketing channels (paid, owned, and earned), while coordinating with partners to ensure a cohesive presence across all customer touchpoints - including social, online review platforms, and select offline channels such as direct mail. Responsibilities: Team Leadership & Strategic Direction • The Omni-Channel Team Manager leads the strategy, execution, and performance of core digital marketing channels (paid, owned, and earned), while coordinating with partners to ensure a cohesive presence across all customer touchpoints - including social, online review platforms, and select offline channels such as direct mail. This role is responsible for driving measurable business impact by strengthening analytics, web strategy, and results-oriented decision-making, while leading a team with strong capabilities in campaign strategy, email, and content. • This leader owns website strategy and marketing processes in partnership with IT, aligns work to Business Unit priorities, and collaborates closely with Brand and PR to amplify external impact. Success in this role requires comfort operating in a matrixed environment and the ability to bring structure, clarity, and momentum to complex work. • Manage a small team of direct reports. Develop team skills, identify and address opportunities for technical growth and development of team members. Develop career paths, providing mentorship and continuing education. Contribute to and nurture team morale. Web Strategy, Governance & Platform Collaboration • This role owns the marketing strategy, content, and prioritization for the website, while partnering closely with creative digital designers to implement. • Understanding IT and product manager priorities and where developers may need to be engaged will be essential for the position as these cross functional teams manage the infrastructure and technical execution. The manager establishes clear processes for intake, prioritization, and updates, ensuring web work supports business goals and performance outcomes. • They balance speed, quality, and governance, translating marketing needs into clear requirements while respecting platform constraints and dependencies. Omni Channel & Content Leadership • The manager is accountable for strengthening analytics, measurement, and performance management across all omni-channel efforts. This includes defining success metrics, ensuring reliable reporting, and using data to continuously optimize campaigns, content, and web experiences. • They elevate the team’s analytical maturity by connecting insights to decisions, clearly communicating results to stakeholders, and holding the team accountable for outcomes—not just outputs. • The manager oversees the team responsible for campaign strategy, execution, content, SEO, and external communications across web, email, and social channels. They provide guidance and direction to ensure campaigns and content are aligned with business goals, optimized for performance, and integrated across channels. • This role supports the professional growth of direct reports, helping them apply best practices for messaging, timing, SEO, and content discoverability, while maintaining alignment with Brand, PR, and Business Unit priorities. The manager ensures the team delivers high-quality, measurable, and impactful campaigns while fostering collaboration and accountability across functions. Required Skills & Knowledge: • Strong analytics and results orientation: Ability to define success metrics, interpret performance data, and translate insights into clear actions that drive measurable business impact. • Web strategy and optimization expertise: Experience owning website strategy, user journeys, and prioritization in partnership with IT, including comfort working within platform and development constraints. • Omni-channel marketing depth: Solid understanding of how web, email, and social channels work together to support campaigns, messaging, and audience engagement. • Cross-functional leadership in matrixed environments: Proven ability to align inside and outside of a multi-functional marketing team with groups like, IT, Brand/PR, and creative partners around shared priorities and delivery. • AI / Emerging Technology Fluency: Ability to leverage AI tools to optimize campaigns, content, and analytics. • Understanding of the energy or other highly-regulated industries. Required Experience: • 5-7+ years of experience in digital marketing, omni-channel strategy, or integrated campaigns, with demonstrated ownership of outcomes, not just execution. • Hands-on experience leading web strategy and optimization, including prioritization, governance, and partnership with IT or engineering teams. • Proven track record using analytics and performance data to improve campaign effectiveness and influence business decisions. • Experience leading teams and cross-functional initiatives in matrixed environments involving Business Units, Brand/PR, and creative partners. • Hands-on experience applying AI or emerging technologies in digital marketing, omni-channel campaigns, or content strategy. Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for renewable energy and sustainability.
