About the Role: We’re seeking a full-time remote Account Director, Web & Digital to lead strategic relationships with our mid-market and enterprise clients, with a strong focus on digital initiatives and web development. This role requires a blend of client leadership, technical fluency, and delivery oversight - acting as the strategic link between stakeholders and internal teams. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the success of complex web and digital projects by deeply understanding client goals, shaping project roadmaps, and guiding cross-functional teams. You’ll also play a pivotal role in growing client relationships and identifying new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and grow strategic relationships with enterprise and mid-market clients, serving as a trusted advisor across business and digital initiatives. • Act as the primary point of contact for executive stakeholders, ensuring alignment, transparency, and long-term value. • Drive the delivery of high-impact web and digital experiences - ensuring technical feasibility, business relevance, and on-time execution. • Translate client needs into clear roadmaps and technical requirements, working closely with engineers, product managers, and strategists. • Maintain strong oversight of project delivery, ensuring work meets scope, timelines, and quality expectations. • Partner with internal leadership to resource, structure, and scale teams based on evolving project needs. • Uncover and pursue account growth opportunities including upsells, cross-sells, and long-term partnership expansions. • Maintain a deep understanding of each client’s business, industry, web ecosystem, and success metrics. • Serve as a technical-savvy liaison, able to bridge business objectives with development and delivery realities. • Lead key meetings including planning sessions, delivery reviews, and retrospectives — ensuring clarity and accountability throughout. Requirements: • 8+ years of experience in account management, client services, or digital strategy, including at least 3 years in a director-level (or equivalent) role for web project and accounts • Demonstrated success leading enterprise-level digital accounts, particularly in web development initiatives, with a strong understanding of the full web development lifecycle — from planning and UX/UI to QA and deployment. Technical knowledge is essential, though hands-on coding is not required. • Proven ability to manage cross-functional delivery teams in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid environments, ensuring high-quality execution and alignment with client goals. • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate seamlessly between technical and non-technical teams. • Strategic thinker with a knack for simplifying complex problems and delivering actionable, technically sound solutions. • Proficient with digital tools and platforms, including CMS (e.g., Webflow, WordPress, Contentful), marketing tech stacks, CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), analytics platforms, and SEO tools. • Background in digital agencies, SaaS companies, or consulting environments, with experience managing global or multi-brand digital programs. • Proven track record of identifying and driving upsell or growth opportunities within existing client relationships. Nice to Have: • Understanding of SEO strategy, content governance, or performance marketing. • Experience guiding web projects in regulated industries or complex stakeholder environments. Our content team plays a critical role in shaping how we communicate with our audiencesand now were looking for a talented full-time contractor to our Content team as a Content Strategist & Writer to lead the charge in creating compelling, high-impact, and data-driven content for enterprise national to local clients. The Senior Content Strategist and Writer is responsible for owning content strategy and writing effective high high-performing content daily for assigned brands and client. Essential Functions Be a strategic partner for our clients Write and edit SEO driven and impactful content Ownership of strategies and campaigns from start to finish. This includes planning, overseeing execution, optimization, and strategy Attend client onboarding meetings to ensure all questions are answered and supporting materials are gathered for a successful start to the clients campaign Develop high-quality content that addresses each stage of the buyer personas journey Create and maintain editorial calendars, content playbooks, taxonomies, website and email flows, blog content, ebooks, ad copy, press releases, infographics, and content migration plans for clients Perform interviews, as needed, to gather critical insights to shape the story and topic Collaborate with the design team to ensure content is packaged effectively to drive engagement yet consistent with the clients brand standards Collaborate with the SEO team to implement SEO best practices into all content deliverables Ensure all assigned content is completed on time and on budget.
