IFF is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Manager, NOAM Seasonings to join our Carrollton site, where you’ll lead Planning, Inventory, and Logistics while partnering closely with Operations, Quality, Procurement, Commercial, and Customers to drive SIOP execution, service, and working capital improvement. This is a key Operations leadership role reporting to the Site Plant Manager, offering the opportunity to shape production strategy, optimize inventory, and support growth for products used by consumers around the world. Your potential is our inspiration. Where You’ll Make a Difference Lead site Planning, Inventory, and Logistics teams; set strategy, priorities, and execution standards. Own service performance end‑to‑end; coordinate with Customer Service, Demand Planning, Raw Material Planning, Production, and Warehouse to meet or exceed customer SLAs. Facilitate SIOP cycles—translate annual production goals and monthly forecast targets into executable plans and capacity scenarios. Partner with Procurement to ensure supply of critical raw materials; monitor constraints and escalate risks proactively. Manage inventory health to reduce SLOB, optimize working capital, and improve service; lead reserves and disposition decisions. Drive product lifecycle and formulation change reviews to mitigate supply risk and assure smooth transitions. Implement contractor/3PL policies and best practices across scheduling, warehousing, and logistics. Build and maintain master data integrity and KPI dashboards that power decision‑making and continuous improvement. Co‑lead with Production on efficiency initiatives (batch size optimization, cycle‑time reduction, efficient planning) to lower cost‑to‑serve. What Makes You the Right Fit Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering (Master’s preferred) or equivalent experience. 10+ years in supply chain management within flavors/food or related manufacturing environments. Strong knowledge of raw‑material sourcing (flavor ingredients), manufacturing processes, and capacity planning. Demonstrated success reducing SLOB and improving service while lowering inventory costs. Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and supply chain analytics tools. Advanced Excel skills; comfortable with data‑driven decision‑making and scenario modeling. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management across functions and levels. Experience leading teams, building capability, and implementing performance/KPI management. How Would You Stand Out? Hands‑on experience with Lean/Six Sigma and structured CI toolkits.
