We are currently seeking a Business Analyst Clinical Supplies Specialist to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Business Analyst Clinical Supplies Specialist at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in designing and analyzing clinical trials, interpreting complex medical data, and contributing to the advancement of innovative treatments and therapies. What you will be doing: • Responsible for day-to-day execution and completion of assigned business operations support activities. • May have diverse responsibilities that vary including supporting areas such as master data, process support, SAP, business system support, and compliance activities. • Responsible for material master entry, changes, maintenance, clean up & pricing updates • Responsible for managing the SAP business reports calendar, running regularly scheduled system data reports, and distributing and/or posting for users • May provide support for trial master file activities including day-to-day upload of ASM TMF required files & performance of reconciliation activities • May execute system activity in preparation of metrics report outs • Provides support to systems UAT testing as needed • May provide information to support department leaders in audit & tax engagements • When asked, identify and/or support investigation of process management issues with team documenting issues and coordinating resolutions as required by business • May provide Merck with SAP outputs in support of process controls certifications • Monitors open system sales orders for issues • Day to day support of system Integration (EDI)/IDOC issues and respond to error messages toward resolution • May assist with coordination of system downtime with ASM team and IT/Comet system stakeholders • May provide technical support to ASM operations team • May provide ad hoc reporting to various members of ASM as requested • Execute and support compliance reporting process (PPSA, EFPIA, FOCUS) • Execution/implementation support for future business system enhancements • May perform training as delegated • Provides day to day support of share drive and share point sites for access and maintenance needs • May provide ASM team with Book of Business protocol forecast updates Your profile: • 3 years of experience within pharmaceutical industry, with 1 year direct/relatable experience supporting clinical trials preferred. • Prior supply chain, inventory management knowledge • One or more years of ERP experience preferred, SAP experience strong plus • Requires knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Strong interpersonal, strong communication, and collaboration skills • Emphasis on high level of accuracy, critical thinking & analytical ability Education: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferably in a scientific discipline What ICON can offer you: Our success depends on the quality of our people. We’re building a fast-growing creative team and seeking on-camera naturals who jump off the screen to film authentic product content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Meta ads. No prior experience needed, but we’re looking for someone who will be willing to take feedback and learn. Compensation • Compensation: $50 per brand. The expected time it takes to film for one brand is 90 minutes for the first few as you get comfortable, fully time optimized creators can do each brand in 45 minutes. • Current weekly volume: ~5–20 brands(volume may grow over time. Potential for a full time role in the near future) • Each product: Each brand requires around 10 minutes of raw footage- 3-5 minutes of b-roll and 2-5 minutes of script reading (no editing or scripting needed) What you’ll deliver • 3-5 minutes of b-roll for either a physical product or for a service. • 5 scripts per brand. Each script is around 5 short sentences long. • Clean audio, flattering light, steady framing; we handle all post-production and scripting • Fast, reliable turnarounds and consistent file naming/upload • The willingness to provide revisions to the b-roll or script videos if needed.
