Best in Business, Health Services About the Role Our Division Clinical Director is responsible for the oversight and monitoring of clinical quality across ABA Centers in their division. The Division Clinical Director works to ensure that each location meets the clinical and operational KPIs that the organization has established. The following are duties and responsibilities that the Division Clinical Director shall provide: Uphold positive team culture within ABA Centers dyad partnership model. Monitoring and performance management of ABA Centers KPIs. Ensure clinical quality and consistency across a multi-state area. Partner with the Vice President of Clinical Operations and the Academy of Excellence department to ensure clinical KPI are best practices and in accordance with the BACB. Ensure appropriate case review process oversight for complex cases to ensure clinical quality for all clients. Facilitate communication between operational and clinical team members as necessary as well as communicate effectively with operational dyad partner. Monitor current and projected staffing to ensure we are mitigating gaps in service delivery for clients. Ensure smooth and clinically appropriate case transfer/transitions for incoming and discharging clients. Partner with the Academy of Excellence department to provide oversight to Clinical Directors and Assistant Directors providing BACB supervision and partaking in apprentice program and ensure compliance with BACB code of ethics. Hire, oversee, supervise and performance manage Clinical Directors within division. Lead weekly clinical director team meetings and individual meetings as needed/appropriate. Participate in regularly scheduled meetings as directed by the organization. Ensure that clinical standards align with professional mission of organization and is in accordance with the BACB. Identify training deficits across clinic locations and work collaboratively with the Academy of Excellence to address needs. Ensure that feedback and training that is provided by training department or any other department is carried out in a timely manner by clinical team members. Attend various leadership meetings at the regional and national level. Attend and/or present at Regional and National behavior analytic conferences for representation of the company and its growth/expansion. Work on interdepartmental initiatives with IT, marketing, billing, finance, etc. as needed. Engage in conflict management with clinicians, clients, and interdepartmentally as needed. Ensure low discharge rate across region through monitoring high quality service delivery. Monitor and oversee the implementation of organizational clinical initiatives across divisions. Identify and grow leaders within the organization. Work collaboratively with billing company leadership to ensure that region is meeting expectations of the UR/SCA/billing department. Display competence in knowing and practicing in accordance with the BACB ethics code. Division Clinical Director may provide BACB supervision as appropriate/necessary. Qualifications The Division Clinical Director requires a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis: BCBA Certification. 5 years of experience in the ABA field (preferred). Successfully pass a drug and background screenings. Willingness to Sign Company NDA, include revisions thereafter. Ability to travel 25-50% of the time between clinics to ensure clinical excellence and contiguity of service delivery across region. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent judgment and problem-solving skills. Ability to provide effective guidance and leadership to diverse groups of individuals. Best in Business, Health Services About the Role The Clinical Risk & Case Research Specialist plays a pivotal role in evaluating, synthesizing, and mitigating clinical risk across ABA Centers’ most complex cases. Reporting to the Director of Research, this position focuses on integrating research with practice by supporting structured case reviews, analyzing behavioral and medical complexity, and developing and administering tools to strengthen risk mitigation processes. This specialist will collaborate closely with the Director of Research, regional clinical directors, and interdisciplinary partners to ensure that research-informed practices guide high-stakes case decision-making. Responsibilities include managing and refining structured frameworks for risk assessment, analyzing data from collaborative case reviews, and contributing to the scholarly dissemination of clinical research related to safety, trauma, and behavioral risk. The ideal candidate has advanced training in psychology, behavior analysis, or a related social science discipline and is passionate about ensuring both clinical safety and research integrity. Key Responsibilities The following are duties and responsibilities that the position shall provide: Conduct and synthesize structured case reviews, focusing on risk categories such as behavioral emergencies, trauma, medical comorbidities, and psychiatric complexity. Collaborate with the Director of Research to refine and implement research-driven risk frameworks (e.g., Safe-T, structured records reviews). Support the translation of risk findings into clinical protocols, staff training, and family support tools. Analyze and summarize case-level data to inform clinical decision-making and organizational risk policy. Participate in interdisciplinary meetings, offering research-informed recommendations for complex client needs. Contribute to scholarly outputs (manuscripts, conference presentations, internal reports) related to clinical risk and safety practices. Provide consultation and mentorship to clinical teams on integrating evidence-based risk practices. Maintain project records, confidentiality standards, and documentation aligned with IRB and research ethics requirements. Qualifications Required Qualifications: Master’s or Doctoral degree in Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, or related discipline Active BCBA certification in good standing preferred; other licensure (psychology, counseling, or social work) strongly considered for risk mitigation expertise. 5+ years of professional experience supporting individuals with autism and/or complex behavioral and medical needs. Demonstrated experience in clinical risk assessment, crisis planning, or safety-focused research. Strong collaboration skills with interdisciplinary teams. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities across projects and timelines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to communicate findings to both clinical and non-clinical audiences. Comfortable working independently while maintaining collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners. Willingness to travel occasionally to support research activities or represent the organization at professional conferences. Successful completion of background check, drug screening, and maintenance of a clean driving record. Willingness to sign and comply with the company’s non-disclosure agreement (NDA), including future amendments. Preferred Qualifications: Co-authorship on peer-reviewed publications or professional conference presentations.
