Joining our client's team in Charlotte, you will lead the design and delivery of modern web interfaces, collaborate closely with backend engineers, and deploy robust solutions on Azure that directly influence critical business decisions. Key Skills and Responsibilities • React & TypeScript: Build scalable, production-grade front-end applications, with a focus on reliability, performance, and maintainability. • HTML & CSS: Craft responsive, accessible UI layouts that deliver a seamless user experience. • AG Grid and Data Grids: Implement advanced, high-performance data tables, including server-side data handling and performance tuning for complex datasets. • UI Component Libraries / Storybook: Develop and maintain reusable components and design systems to ensure consistency across our client's products. • Python & Django/Flask/FastAPI: Collaborate with backend engineers to design, integrate, and optimize API services. • SQL & Data Analysis: Write SQL queries and perform data analysis tasks to support data-driven functionality. • Azure & DevOps: Deliver production releases via Azure (App Service, Functions, Containers) and CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Node.js, Vite, and modern build tooling. • Code Quality & Mentorship: Write clean, testable code, contribute to engineering standards, participate in code reviews, and mentor junior members of our client's team. • Communication: Clearly explain technical decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. They're in the process of building a large platform from the ground up that integrates with all of their applications internally- so are looking for Senior & Principal Engineers to come in and execute. Requirements: -5+ years of professional experience working as a Software Engineer / Developer -Bachelor's in Computer Science or Computer Engineering -Experience in the Microsoft Stack with C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, ASP.NET -Strong cloud expertise with Azure -Exposure to the frontend (Angular, React, etc) -Database experience with SQL or Postgres -REST API experience and system integration experience Compensation: Senior- 120-135k Principal- 130-155k This position is 100% remote and East Coast is preferred.
