Actively manage deliverables across planning, timelines, building, testing, and go-live to ensure successful deployments. Operational Excellence & Execution Lead end to end implementation steps, testing, and training activities to prepare customers for go-live, ensuring smooth transitions into operational use. Maintain accurate and current documentation related to project issues, risks, and tasks in Smartsheet or other project tracking tools. Implement a comprehensive communication plan for each project, ensuring relevant stakeholders are informed with timely updates. Send meeting summaries and next steps within one business day after implementation meetings. Obtain necessary payer, portal, and EHR credentials for automation implementation. Customer Advocacy & Continuous Improvement Lead Go-Live Check-In Calls in partnership with Customer Success Managers. Work with CSM and Support teams to ensure reporting accuracy and successful post-launch monitoring. Ensure customer workflows align with product functionality and escalate change management needs to the Customer Success Manager when necessary. Partner with Sales, Product, and SMEs to drive innovative, customer-aligned solutions that improve outcomes and drive retention. 🛠 Role Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. 5+ years in a customer-facing project management, consulting, account management, or customer success role — consulting background strongly preferred. Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including executives and operational teams. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a talent for tailoring messaging to diverse audiences. Strong analytical mindset with experience in tracking and interpreting key performance indicators (KPIs) Experience and skills in contracting and monitoring Experience with PowerBI for reporting desired, Google Workspace, Smartsheets, Slack Familiarity with healthcare operations, prior authorization, or revenue cycle workflow optimization desired.
