Install, service, test, and repair electric actuator valves, document data, and mentor junior technicians. | High school diploma, 2-5 years industry experience including electric actuators, TWIC card, clear driving record, and physical ability to lift 50 pounds. | Summary: A Field Service Technician – MOV II will be skilled and understand the purpose and principles of operating electric actuator valves. In this role, you will be responsible for installation, servicing, testing, repair, maintenance, removal, inspection, and replacement of electric actuator valves. Responsibilities: All additional job responsibilities of a MOV Technician I Locate, use, and comprehend manufacturer installation and operation manuals Perform inspection to identify necessary corrective action as authorized Assemble, test, and troubleshoot actuators and other equipment per applicable codes and standards per manufacturer and/or customer requirements Install accessories as necessary Perform calibration of equipment in accordance with internal quality procedures Support Field Service Technician - MOV I employees through mentoring and on-the-job training May act in a leadership role for assigned jobs Demonstrates sound judgment with the ability to make decisions and corrections when problems are identified or detected when servicing MOVs in the field Ensures all products repaired/assembled meet the quality standards in accordance with procedures, engineering specifications, drawings, and work instructions Performs functional tests as required Collects data and documents and prepares detailed reports for customer review, billing records, and expense reporting Assumes responsibility and handles multiple tasks under potentially stressful and hazardous conditions Adheres to all policies and procedures Practices safe work habits to ensure an injury free environment Uses physical force to lift, push, pull, and hold equipment and tools Climbs and works at various heights, sometimes working in a standing, sitting, lying down, crouched, or kneeling position Routinely reacts to visual, aural, and other signals, including alarms and instructions, and is required to visually inspect work Be on the job and available to work overtime, at times for extended periods of time based on seasonal customer demands Operate motor vehicle, as required Attend job and safety training, as necessary or required Any job duties as assigned by supervisor or manager Positional Requirements & Qualifications: Education & Experience: HS Education or GED Equivalent a plus 2 - 5 years of industry experience Minimum of 1 to 3 years of electric actuator experience Skills & Abilities: Successful completion of all applicable Quality Standardization Procedures Completed QC assessment Working knowledge and proficiency of leading manufacturer electric actuator lines Basic OSHA and TWIC card (TWIC, only if required) Ability to manage multiple tasks within a fast paced environment Ability to manage people Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management, customers and other employees Ability to prepare detailed reports and correspondence that are clear and intelligible Demonstrated “can do” attitude and excellent customer service skills Customer driven/focused Team oriented and willing to lead others High energy, detail oriented Ability to read and interpret documents such as master schedule, safety rules, operating instructions, drawings/prints and procedure manuals Sound judgment with the ability to make decisions and corrections when problems are detected Ability to work independently and/or in team assignments Strong safety record and knowledge of safety rules and practices Ability and willingness to work overtime as needed to support customer requirements and seasonal business volume Strong history of dependability and reliability Supervision: Works mostly autonomously with little supervision Must be able to travel and have a clear driving record in accordance to company driving guidelines Clear background check and drug/alcohol screening Willing and able to lift and work with personal protective equipment, including emergency breathing apparatus Essential Physical Functions: Lifting: up to 50 pounds Adjusting or moving objects up to 50 pounds in all directions Lift and carry: 50 pounds for 100 feet Bending, stooping, walking, and climbing stairs Ascending or descending ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps Moving self in different positions to accomplish tasks in various environments including tight and confined spaces Remaining in a stationary position, often standing, or sitting for prolonged periods Moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one worksite to another Communicating with others to exchange information Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers Operating machinery and/or power tools Operating motor vehicles or heavy equipment Assessing the accuracy, neatness and thoroughness of the work assigned Required physical ability if mandated by customer or regulatory requirements Able to hold body weight while swinging on rope during static and dynamic transfer (offshore)

Position Summary: The Product Manager is responsible for the full product life cycle within the assigned product category. Direct the development of new products, product improvements and changes to products to include design, production method, packaging, labeling and copywriting. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Drive the new product development process for assigned product categories as well as explore opportunities in new categories. Own and create the product roadmap for assigned categories, including prioritization based on business impact and growth potential. Research and analyze market conditions, competitors and consumer trends to evaluate feasibility of new products. Present product ideas to senior leadership for approval Determine product specifications outlining key requirements for the product. Manage the production development schedule working with suppliers to ensure production deadlines are met. Communicate status updates internally with appropriate groups (design, marketing, data management, etc) related to products. Coordinate with engineering, design, marketing, supply chain regarding all matters concerning product development, improvements or changes. Work collaboratively with internal groups to ensure the creation of new item set up numbers including costs, dimensions, packaging, UPC and other important components. Review and finalize details on product and approve samples for production. Identify potential suppliers and evaluate proposals/quotes for cost, price, delivery; negotiate with suppliers to ensure most cost effective options. Conduct and lead weekly product ideation meetings with designers to brainstorm new product ideas. Communicate and implement changes in product that effect production and distribution. Conduct ongoing profit/loss analysis on assigned products. Suggest and implement improvement strategies including pricing, packaging and product changes. Create copy for packaging, collateral and log copy website. Work with marketing and design teams on marketing campaigns including securing samples for photography and other marketing initiatives. Review product line for products that are obsolete or no longer in demand creating a plan to sunset products.
