Translate creative concepts into specifications and pricing, manage artist/vendor collaboration, and ensure client budget and approval processes. | 3-5 years experience in interior design or creative industry, strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency with project management and office software. | Project Developer Project Developers have a passion for creative problem solving, as well as an interest in the interior design industry and the art world. Their primary focus is to take creative concepts and bring them into reality by specifying, quoting, and collaborating with our artists and vendors. The project developer is an expert in actualizing creative concepts through specifications and dynamic pricing. This role acts as a vital bridge between the creative and production teams. An ideal Project Developer must have the ability to multitask, be detail-oriented, creative and collaborative and maintain a professional demeanor in high-pressure situations. This position reports to the Senior Director of Business Operations. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS ROLE INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: • Moving creative concepts into materialization, specifications & pricing • Making the initial creative vision come to life in a manner that will be applicable to the client need • Working within client budgets to ensure art solutions meet approved aesthetic • Negotiate pricing and specification requirements directly with artists and vendors • Manage artist timelines and deadlines • Execute production sample review and track client approval processes • Proficiency in using Google Sheets, Google Slides, and Asana • Robust understanding of and adherence to copyright best practices • Effectively escalate high-level issues to the Senior Director of Business operations in a professional and timely manner KEY ATTRIBUTES: • A creative thinker with a passion for developing concepts into tangible products • Knowledge of interior design and the specification process • A creative problem solver who enjoys working in collaborative team environments • Organized and efficient multitasker • Excellent communicator; cool under pressure REQUIREMENTS: • 3-5 years’ work experience, preferably in an interior design or creative industry • Ability to succeed in a quick-moving and cross-functionally focused environment • Collaborative, team-oriented approach • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal • Strong organizational skills with a proven track record of meeting deadlines • Experience working in Google Sheets, Excel, Google Slides, Powerpoint, and • Asana (or comparable project manager software) HR Pals acknowledges that equal opportunity for all persons is a fundamental human value.
