As a Client Analyst in our Small Commercial division, you will be responsible for assisting the Client Manager in delivering exceptional service to our US based clients. You will be working closely with the internal service team to help manage a portfolio of small commercial-focused accounts. What will you be doing? Administrative Functions Attend system training and liaison between tech support and the servicing team, as needed Assist Account Executives in entering new business prospects in Salesforce Assist with account management and marketing team in completing marketing applications Backup designee for online quoting Assist with updating Excel documents including client policy schedule, premium schedules, etc. Special project support, as needed Processing certificates of insurance and Auto ID cards Preparing policy documentation for delivery to the client Manage market contact information Assist in preparation of marketing materials Documentation & Compliance Maintain complete and accurate client files within agency management system (e.g., EPIC, AMS360) Take ownership of data integrity and enrichment through daily client engagement What are we looking for? Qualifications: Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience in commercial lines insurance, preferably within a brokerage environment Licensing: Active Property & Casualty insurance license (US state-specific, can be obtained within first 90 days of employment) Skills: Exceptional customer service and communication skills, promoting a collaborative and positive work environment Self-motivated, action-oriented, strong organizational skills Strong attention to detail and priority management Proficiency with agency management systems and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) Compensation and Benefits The expected base salary range for this role is $70,000- $90,000+; actual base salary will be determined based on factors including candidate experience and work location. This role is classified as [exempt] under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). In addition to a competitive base salary, employees are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
