About the Role Houzz is looking for a Sr. Manager, Brand and Industry Content, to build and lead Houzz Pro’s content program. This is a high-impact role where you’ll own the content engine end-to-end — from developing thought leadership that elevates our brand, to creating assets that drive demand, to enabling sales with the right tools. What You’ll Do • Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with our business goals, ICPs, and buyer journey. • Own the editorial calendar and ensure timely production of high-quality content across formats: blogs, guides, case studies, videos, webinars, and more. • Write, edit copy, and update popular content on the site to improve utility and freshness. • Own the product roadmap for our CMS, partnering with engineering stakeholders to create new article page features (e.g. interactive charts, sign up forms, etc.) that integrate with our sales and marketing funnels. • Collaborate with product marketing, demand generation, sales, and customer marketing to create assets that support campaigns, launches, and customer stories. • Partner with integrated marketing and the SEO and Social teams to drive distribution across owned, earned, and paid channels — optimizing for SEO, discoverability, and engagement. • Establish scalable content processes, managing in-house creators, freelancers, community experts and others as needed. • Define and report on KPIs (e.g., pipeline influence, traffic, engagement, conversions) to demonstrate ROI and continuously optimize. • Build and maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging framework across all content touchpoints. At a Minimum, We’d Like You to Have • 12+ years of content marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS. • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a portfolio that shows range and impact. • Familiarity working with a headless CMS: experience working with headless CMS page layouts, optimizing slice/lego tags and other information hierarchy, and setting up slices for international site use. • Proven ability to develop and scale a content strategy that drives measurable business outcomes. • Experience collaborating with product marketing, demand gen, and sales teams. • Deep expertise in SEO, content distribution, and performance analytics. • Track record of managing editorial calendars, freelancers, and content budgets. • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with both strategic and hands-on execution. Ideally, You'll Also Have • Experience with creating content for the construction industry. • High-growth startup experience. Compensation, Benefits and Perks This role has an annual starting salary range of $115,000 - $135,000. Lead and shift the industry narrative around technology in the construction and design sector and the power of AI and technology to help businesses in our industry simplify operations and scale successfully. Lead planning and execution of integrated marketing initiatives that drive awareness, consideration, conversion, usage and brand love across paid, owned, and earned channels, ensuring consistent messaging and brand alignment. Oversee creative development and content strategy, including launches, hero campaigns, thought leadership, web, Drive alignment across marketing and sales. Use data and analytics to measure marketing and campaign performance, optimize in real time, and inform future planning. At a Minimum, We’d Like You to Have At least 10+ years of experience product marketing, integrated marketing, or brand strategy. 4+ years experience marketing SaaS software, cloud services, or other relevant technology. Experience building and executing large-scale integrated marketing campaigns that drive business results. Experience working successfully cross-functionally. Experience with business to business (B2B) buyer journeys Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (business/marketing). Deep knowledge of upper funnel versus lower funnel dynamics, with a clear view on how to sufficiently evaluate the performance of campaigns. We’re looking for a strategic and execution-focused Growth Product Manager to lead our Payments Platform and Financial Hub, which includes business loans, consumer financing (BNPL), instant payouts, bill pay, and payroll. This role is responsible for owning the strategy and roadmap that grows Net Fee Revenue across our suite of financial products. You’ll partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Data, Sales, and Marketing to launch impactful initiatives that improve monetization, increase adoption, and deliver real value to our professional users. What You’ll Do • Own end-to-end product strategy and execution for Houzz Pro’s payments and financial products • Drive growth in Net Fee Revenue across our embedded financial tools (e.g., payments, BNPL, business loans, bill pay) • Develop new monetization levers within the financial hub and optimize existing ones • Define and run experiments to increase adoption, retention, and transaction volume • Lead analysis of key funnel metrics to identify opportunities and unblock friction points • Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to develop and maintain a data-driven roadmap • Clearly communicate product vision and strategy across stakeholders • Write product requirements, define go-to-market plans, and launch features that move the business At a Minimum, We’d Like You to Have • BS degree in a technology-related field • 5+ years of product management experience building web and/or mobile products • Deep experience in fintech or payments; ideally, someone who has scaled a transactions product • Track record of driving Growth and delivering measurable revenue impact • Demonstrated success building and launching customer-facing features that moved key business metrics by at least 20% • Strong analytical skills and comfort working closely with Data Science • Experience with A/B testing, pricing/packaging experiments, and funnel optimization • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across functions • Detail-oriented mindset and strong product intuition • Proven ability to lead without authority and thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments Ideally, You'll Also Have • SaaS product experience • 3+ years directly owning revenue-driving initiatives in a B2B environment • Familiarity with embedded finance and monetization of financial tools inside a platform Compensation, Benefits and Perks This role has an annual starting salary range of $170,000 - $200,000.
